MOTION REQUESTING EXPIDITED RULING ON MENTAL EXAMNIATION

1. I, Alexander Neighbors am requesting the court EXPIDITE the ruling on motion

requesting mental evaluation.
2. Jordan near the end of Nov 2016, attempted to have me the Respondent arrested by
calling the police on me claiming domestic violence. Report# 16-135864.
a. The Chandler Police Officer J. Verdugo #463 Issued Jordan a warning of trespass.
b. Officer Verdugo instructed me to not invite Jordan Neighbors to my house.
3. Jordan Neighbors came to my house last night 13th of Dec 2016 showing signs of mental
distress, extreme duress, was extremely agitated, and mad. See Attached Affidavit of
Facts.
4. The children currently live with (me) Alexander Neighbors full time as Jordan
Neighbors left the home and lives in a different city.

Therefore , Respondent respectfully asks the court to Expedite a ruling on the motion
requesting a mental evaluation on Jordan Neighbors. I need the court to help me get my

 wife the Mental health help she desperately needs. If she comes over to my house and
acts irrationally the police have already warned her she will be arrested in front of the
children. I do not want that to happen. I also don’t want to be put in a situation where
she is making allegations and gets me arrested as I am the Primary custodial parent of
the children. Jordan’s current mental instability is putting the Children wellbeing at risk.
If I am arrested it will cause irreparable harm my job with the military. A domestic
Violence charge against me will cause me to lose my Job with the military and I will
also lose the Health insurance coverage we currently have. Tricare health insurance
covers all 3 children, myself, and Jordan Neighbors. I will pay for Jordan to get the
Mental health services she needs I will also be present while she receives treatment so I
know how to better support her. I just need the court to Order her to appear or report to
a facility to receive Mental health services.
