Handhabung:
aaDie Planglasplatte wird auf das zu prüfende Werkstück
aufgelegt und mit monochromatischem Licht angestrahlt.
Monochromatisches Licht hat nur eine Wellenlänge,
daher kann die Ebenheit von Planflächen sehr gut beurteilt
werden.
aaDas Standardmodell 1050 801 besitzt vor der Lampe
einen Spiegel, auf dem eine gerade Linie eingraviert ist. Bei
passender Ausrichtung von Planglasplatte, Werkstück und
Lichtschein entsteht an der Linie ein Geradheitsbezug. Durch
die Form und Musterung der Interferenzstreifen lassen sich
entsprechende Rückschlüsse auf die Ebenheit ziehen.
aaBei den Tischmodellen 1050 802 + 1050 803 und
freistehenden Lichtquellen mit Untergestell befindet sich
der Spiegel im Inneren des Gehäuses. Planglasplatte und
Werkstück werden übereinander auf die Lichtquelle gelegt.
Das monochromatische Licht strahlt nach oben, wo
nun auf die gleiche Weise wie bei Modell 1050 801 die
Ebenheit bewertet werden kann.

Operation:
aaThe optical flat is placed onto the top of the workpiece
to be tested where it is illuminated with monochromatic
light. Monochromatic light has one single wavelength
only. That is the reason why the flatness is very easy to
evaluate.
aaThe standard model 1050 801 has a mirror in front of the
lamp. A straight line is engraved across the mirror. When
optical flat, workpiece and light are correctly aligned with
each other, a straightness reference shall appear on the
line. Shape and marking of the interference fringes enable
the evaluation of flatness. No. 1050 8..
aaFor bench models 1050 802 + 1050 803 and floor stan-
ding light units with stand, the mirror is situated inside
the housing. Optical flat and workpiece are placed one
upon the other, onto the light unit.The monochromatic
light shall radiate upwards, and now the flatness can be
evaluated the same way like for model 1050 801.
