After recognizing the presence of the quorum, the school principal Dr. Jhomar C. Sor, together with the
BAC Chairperson, Mrs. Imelda G. Silva, presented the subject matter of the meeting concerning the purchase of
the school P.E. uniform. The committee furtherly scrutinized the efficiency of each bidding proposals considering
the price and the quality of the fabrics to be used for the said purchase. After thorough deliberation by the members
of the BAC, it was decided by the body to allow purchase of the school P.E. Uniform under the contract of Vermont
Enterprises.
