Employment Discover Financial Services (January 2017 - Present)

CARD MEMBER ASSISTANCE
As a Discover card employee, I have held a variety of responsibilities. My main objective is to
speak with card members who are behind on payments and asses their situations so I can
tailor a solution to help get them back on track with their credit card payments. I also hold
various responsibilities on my team including holding WIG meetings and updating my teams
stat sheet. I have been promoted 4 times since I started in the CMA department and am
continuing to expand my skill set in order to continue moving forward.
Red Robin (July 2013 - August 2015/August 2016 - December 2016)
EXPO
My journey at Red robin consisted of doing anything from expediting food to cooking. As an
expo I was the one to tray up all of the food from an order correctly and take it out to the
customer so I spent a lot of time interacting with customers and had to smile all the time to
make our customers feel welcomed. My listening skills were put to the test while working
both as a cook and expeditor and it was my duty to be sure that I got the correct orders. I did
a lot of multitasking when we would get really busy I was always willing to do teamwork. I
have held a variety of responsibilities including maintenance of a clean environment, and
making sure customers had a great dining experience. Many times, I was performing several
responsibilities simultaneously, all while maintaining a positive attitude.
