Opening (warmer activity + teacher introduction/demonstration of small group activities)

Whole Group

T will explain the meaning of habitats for students.

Time:

T will ask students about what are the habitats and give example of some animal's habitats.

T will give the students the instructions for the activity.

There are three different activities

Activity one:

T will ask the (teacher helper students) to give each student one paper.

The activity has pictures of habitats and the student should write at least 3 animals that they live in there.

T will give the students about 10 min to finish.

Activity two:
Small Group

T will ask the (teacher helper students) to give each student one paper.
Time:

The activity has pictures of habitats and animals

S will cut the animals' pictures and stick it with the right habitats.

T will give the students about 10 min to finish.

Activity three:

T will ask the (teacher helper students) to give each student one paper.

The activity has pictures of animals.

S will write the right name of habitats next the animals' pictures.

T will give the students about 10 min to finish.

 Closing
Whole Group

T will ask few students to read what they write in the second activity .
Time:

T will let the (teacher helper students) to collect the papers from the students.

Assessment

T will ask students about habitat of animals.
