choice to pick which activity you would like to complete for
homework.
Please be sure to:

notebook

Multiplying Words
Word Hunt: Look around the room and write words you find to match your
patterns in the correct columns.
Cursive: Write each of your spelling words in your neatest cursive writing.
Ransom Words: Write your words by cutting out letters in a newspaper or
magazine and gluing them onto your notebook paper.
Story: Write a creative story that correctly uses each of your spelling words
Sort, Alphabetize, and Write: Sort your words, put them in alphabetical order,
and then write your words in your notebook.
Blind Sort: Use given guide-words and as a partner calls the words out to you,
write them under the correct category.
ABC Order: Write your words in ABC order in your notebook.
Word Definitions: Using a dictionary, look up 5 of your words. Write the page
number and definition for each of your 5 words.
Literature Word Hunt: Look through a book, magazine, or newspaper and find
at least 5 words that match your spelling pattern.
Across and Down Words: Write each word across and then down.
