how few people are really rich.

So we can classify the humanity in different groups such as: - Enormously Rich, Very rich, rich, well to do,
upper Middle class, Middle class, Poor, Very poor and extremely poor.

It is not that people do not put in sufficient efforts to acquire wealth. Where wealth is concerned no
occupation is taboo to the human being. He can adopt honest straightforward means for making money or
adopt nefarious ways of crime. The Karmic effects of the past of an individual for acquiring wealth are
reflected in the Indian horoscope by Dhana yogas or absence of them.

Bhava houses 2, 6, 10 are primary and 7 and 11 are secondary for Dhana yoga considerations. 2nd House in
a horoscope signifies self generated wealth, 6th through loans, and 10th through employment. If the 2nd is
strong money comes by inheritance and investment.

If 6th is stronger than 2 and 10 money comes as interest on lending. If 12th becomes very strong the native
borrows but never repays fully there by always in debt. If 10th is stronger than 2 and 6 the native can make
money at all times through various means.

The Dhana karakas or significators of wealth are Sun and Jupiter. So to begin with the simple rule is
that both Jupiter and Sun should be well placed in the horoscope to be wealthy.

Another important rule is that "SUN'S ARCH RIVAL SATURN SHOULD NOT BE IN THE 2ND
HOUSE OR ASPECT 2ND OR ASSOCIATE WITH THE 2ND LORD FROM THE LAGNA AND
THE MOON." This is a must condition for dhan yoga.
1) If the lord of the ascendant is in 10th House the native will be richer than his parents.

2) The same will apply if 10th lord is in the ascendant

3) If Jupiter is placed in 9 or 11th and Sun in the 5th the native becomes rich

4) Mutual exchange of Houses of 2nd and the 9th lord (except Saturn) makes a person rich.

5) Sun in 6th or 11th the person becomes rich. Particularly so when Sun is in Rahu star and Rahu in Sun's
Star.

6) 2nd lord in 8th a person becomes rich by self-efforts.

7) If Moon and Jupiter or Moon and Venus be in 5th the person becomes rich

8) If Mercury happens to be in Aries or Cancer the person becomes rich.

9) If 7th house has Mars or Saturn and 11th house has any planet other than Ketu the person will earn huge
wealth by doing business. If Ketu is in the 11th he will earn through foreign agency

10) If the 7th house has either Mars or Saturn and the 11100th house has Saturn or mars or Rahu the person
earns wealth by sports, Gambling, Commissions, rent lawyer's fees etc

11) Mars in 4th Sun in 5th Or Jupiter in 11th or 5th, earning will be through ancestral properties, crops, or
building, which will increase.

12) Saturn in 4th identical with Libra, Capricorn or Aquarius the native will earn through Numbers (
accountants, statisticians, mathematician etc)

13) If Mars, Jupiter and Moon join Cancer for a cancer native he becomes very rich through employment
resource and divine grace.

14) If Rahu, Saturn, or Mars or Sun in the 11th the native becomes rich gradually.

15) If quadrant or trinal houses are occupied by Jupiter, Venus, Moon, Mercury or houses 3, 6, 11 by Sun,
Rahu, Mars, Saturn the native will become exceedingly rich during dasas of Rahu/mercury/Saturn /Venus.

16) If all Kendras are occupied by planets OR All trines are occupied by benefics OR All "oopachayas" (3,6,
11) occupied by Malefic The native becomes exceedingly rich

17) Benefic planets or 10th lord in Taurus or Libra and Venus or lord of 7th in 10th the native will become
rich by marriage or through wife's earnings.

18) JUPITER IN CANCER , Sagittarius, or Pisces, and 5th lord in 10th the person becomes rich through
son/daughter.

18) Mercury + Jupiter + Venus in any house, earning by religious means (purohit, Pundit, Astrologer,
Preacher, Head of religious institutions etc).

19) Mercury +Venus + Saturn in any House, the person will earn by business leadership

20). Jupiter in 10/11 and Sun/Mercury in 4/5 or vice versa, native becomes rich by Good administrative

How to find Money in a Chart

Planets

There are certain planets that rule wealth and money. They are specifically Jupiter and
Venus. These are actually called the karakas (indicators) for wealth and prosperity.

The Houses for Money are 2, 11, 9, 5 and 8.

2nd house: income and financial matters, how you earn your money.
11th house: great gains, large sums of money that come in all at once.
9th house: of luck and fortune.
5th house: speculation and intelligence, stocks, trading, and creative pursuits and talent.
8th house: inheritance, money that comes through others
1st house represents YOU, connections with any of these other wealth producing
houses brings money to you.

The planets that rule houses 2, 11, 5 and 9 are your money planets. The ruler of the 8th
house will not bring you money, but planets placed in that house can indicate money
through inheritance or marriage. Planets in houses 2, 11, 5 and 9 will produce money,
but if you do not have planets in these houses the planetary rulers of these houses will
indicate the capability to achieve money, and from what source.

*The most powerful combination for money is when the 2nd house is connected to the
11th house. It means money will come in large sums.

*The next powerful combination is when the 1st house is connected to the 2nd house.
Any connection of the 1st house to the 2nd house will create money.

Combinations of the wealth producing houses will bring money, and this means any
connection between the 2, 5, 9, and the 11 houses produce money. Combined with the
1st house is powerful. In Vedic astrology this combination or connection of these houses
are called Dhana Yogas.

Earth Signs and Houses

The natural Earth houses 2, 6, and 10 will be active as well for financial gains. In the
natural zodiac the earth signs are Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn. In the natural zodiac
Taurus is the 2nd sign, Virgo the 6th sign and Capricorn the 10th sign. These houses
are specifically about earthly matters, which pertain to money.

11th House
The planet that rules the 11th house will indicate where our fortunes come.

Aspects
The aspects are the degree orbs between two planets. Certain degree orbs are more
fortunate than others, some create ease and luck while others create tension and
obstacles for the planets involved. The aspect that gives wealth and ease is the trine,
120 degree between planets, conjunctions and oppositions are important too.

Combinations of the planets that rule the money houses will produce money. The way
the money is acquired is through the house these planets occupy, meaning if they
occupy the 5th house money can come through speculation, sports, or entertainment. If
a combination is in the 8th house the money may come from and inheritance.

• Combinations of planets that rule 2nd, 11th, 5th and 9th houses will produce great
wealth, and if Jupiter aspects these planets it will magnify the results of wealth and
money even more. Jupiter expands what it aspects. Jupiter’s aspects are the
conjunction, opposition and the trine aspect (120 degrees).

• Rahu and Ketu as they aspect another planet can have the effect of Jupiter for they will
expand and inflate things. Particularly, if Rahu is in the main houses of money (2, 5, 9,
and 11) Rahu in the 2nd and the 11th is especially powerful for wealth.

• When Rahu or Ketu aspect Jupiter with a trine (120 degrees) then Jupiter mutually
aspects them with a trine. This in another powerful indication of extremes and multiplies
a person’s wealth!

To predict when these planets will produce their results, the transits of the planets in the
heavens as they aspect the natal combinations produce their results.

To be a strong planet it must be in a strong sign, in a good house and not aspected by
more than one malefic planet.

Good houses: Trikonal 1, 5, 9 and the angular or kendra houses 1, 4, 7, and 10 are
powerful and will promote a person to power and success. The signs a planet is strong,
is their exaltation sign and the sign they rule. The weakest sign a planet can be in is the
debilitation sign.

• A rule to remember, Venus is the only planet that prospers well in the 12th house: and
Venus in the 12th will bring wealth and money. The stronger by sign the better the
wealth. Venus is strongest in Pisces, Libra and Taurus
Exaltation is the strongest sign and Debilitation is the weakest sign for these Planets

Nakshatras
The main Nakshatras referenced in text books for wealth and money are:

Purva Phalguni: 13 degrees 20 minutes Leo- 26 degrees 40 minutes Leo

Dhanishta: 23 degrees 20 minutes Capricorn- 6 degrees 40 minutes Aquarius
Uttara Bhadrapada: 3 degrees 20 minutes- 16 degrees 40 minutes Pisces
Revati: 16 degrees 20 minutes- 30 degrees Pisces

*Both Purva Phalguni and Uttara Bhadrapada indicate inheritance.

• I found certain nakshatras to be more prevalent in the charts of the ultra rich,
billionaire’s charts. They are in the signs of Libra and Scorpio.

Jyeshta: 16 degrees 40 minutes-30 Degrees Scorpio

Vishaka: 20 degrees Libra-3 degrees 20 minutes Scorpio
Swati: 6 degrees 40 minutes- 20 degrees Libra
