The author would like to express the deepest respect and the utmost

gratitude to Allah SWT for the abundant blessings, comfort and guidance that has

been given until the author is able to complete this legal research. This legal

research is presented as a partial fulfillment of requirements to obtain the

Bachelor of Law of the Universitas Gadjah Mada. This legal research is aimed to

give contribution and knowledge in the field of Business Law, particularly in

Banking and Finance Law.
