Introduction:
For one of our clients, one of the biggest pharmacy chains in CEE, we are currently looking for a
Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager will ensure company has, implements, uses and updates
comprehensive human resources and labor procedures, manuals and regulations, has sufficient,
well trained and motivated manpower in our stores and headquarter.
Main responsibilities:

Creating implementation and maintenance of organizational structure, org. board up;


Creating implementation and maintenance of job descriptions, company rules, internal
regulations, policies and procedures;
Creating and management of human resources department;
Creating implementing, updating and enforcing procedures for head office &shops;
Organizing recruitment process;
Cooperating with other departments for employees’ evaluation process coordination and also
preparation of salaries and bonuses for payroll calculations;
Preparing and organizing non-financial and financial motivational programs;
Laboring contracts preparation and registration internally and externally in cooperation with
accounting;
Ensuring employees’ working tools management and evidence (computers, mobiles, cars,
administrational tools, other tools and benefits used);
Preparing and follow up approved HR department budget and expenses;
Being responsible with training programs and training manuals development;
Coordinating and managing employees’ trainings and employees’ testing programs.
Participating in company strategy development and implementation.
The ideal candidate?
University degree: HR, Psychology ;
Previous experience in HR management position is a mandatory;
Labor law knowledge and experience with labor problem solving ;
Shop Retail experience is an advantage;
English proficiency – grammatically and verbally high level;
Well organized, methodical and accurate;
Ability to motivate the team
