1) Premise- “Respect and love for America doesn’t require blindness to its failures”
This was the reason stated by ACLU (American Civil Liberties Union), to support their conclusion.

Conclusion- “Don’t confuse #TakeAKnee for disrespect.”

This was stated by ACLU in order to defend ‘hashtag Take A Knee’ which was started on Twitter
regarding a controversy involving Donald Trump.

2) Opinion- Both the statements in the tweet made by ACLU are its opinions. These statements
cannot be verified to be facts.

3) Inductive Argument- This argument is inductive as the premise is true and the conclusion
probably follows the same. The argument is logical; however there are no proofs to prove the
conclusion.

way cooler, than Srk would be jobless.

Premise:
Premise in tweet of Twinkle Khanna is that “if Chetan Bhagat was taller, had more
hair and was way cooler” as it is the statement that support the other statement of
the argument.
Conclusion:
Conclusion of the argument is that “Chetan Bhagat would get role of Bobby deol
or Shahrukh khan” as it is inferred or the outcome of the premise of the argument
of Twinkle Khanna.
Fact or opinion:
Argument of Twinkle Khanna in this tweet is an opinion as it is personal belief of
her. She cannot prove the argument as Chetan Bhagat may or may not get the role
of Bobby deol or Shahrukh khan.
Inductive argument:
This argument is inductive argument as conclusion of the argument may or may
not follow the premise. It is not necessarily true that if Chetan Bhagat were taller
and cooler he gets the role of actor as it is just an opinion of Twinkle Khanna.

warming is created by the Chinese” because this statement is providing support to
the final statement of the argument.
Conclusion:
Conclusion of Donald trump’s argument is that “to make U.S. manufacturing non
competitive” as it is the outcome or the final result of the premise of the argument.
Fact or opinion:
This argument is an opinion of Donald trump because there is no such evidence
that the Chinese created the concept of global warming to make U.S.
manufacturing non competitive. It is personal belief or thinking of Donald trump
thus it is an opinion.
Inductive argument:
The argument of Donald trump is an inductive argument because conclusion of
argument that is to make U.S. manufacturing non competitive probably follows the
premise as there is no such evidence that U.S. manufacturing necessarily become
non-competitive.
