Frame fixing SXR 10

NEW
fischer long shaft fixing SXR.
The all-rounder.

With an anchoring depth of 50 mm, fischer standards:

approved for a large number of solid TOP • Pre-assembled screw
and perforated building materials • Integral hammer-in stop
• Anti-rotation lock

TOP Optimum installation Highest permissible loads TOP Complete assortment:

behaviour: • Concrete C16/20 (B25): • Total fixing length from 60–260 mm
The “Feel Good Factor” tensile load 2.0 kN • Screw available in zinc-plated steel and
shear load 5.4 kN stainless steel A4
• Solid brick up to 1.4 kN • Two head variations
1. Countersunk head with Torx drive T40
2. Hexagon head SW 13 with moulded-
on washer and Torx drive T40

Optimum installation behaviour – the “Feel Good Factor”.

Diverse checks, comparative trials and user tests have
Nm Ü
proven that the mounting characteristics of the SXR are
unique on the market !
This fixing ‘holds‘ even in porous stones with large cavities
and ensures during installation that it is firmly and secure-
ly anchored in the substrate. The decisive factor here is
a comparatively low tightening torque in relation to a very
high overtorque during the setting process. E
In addition, the unique geometry of the SXR means that
n
it can easily be hammered in without bending. It also has
a distinct anti-rotation lock that works optimally even in Ü – overtorque moment
critical building materials. E – torque moment
n – number of screw turns

Installation
For wood constructions For metal constructions
First fischer long-shaft fixing with European Technical Approval (ETA).

The approval covers the classical application area of façade

subframes and the multiple fixing of non-loadbearing structures
in general.

Fixings under axial loads in cracked or NEW

non-cracked concrete are now approved !

This opens up new application areas, such as suspended ceilings,

cable trays, piping brackets etc.

Approved as multiple fixing for non-loadbearing systems –

also for axial forces in cracked concrete !

■ Façade with wooden subframe ■ Façade with metal subframe ■ Suspended ceilings

■ Cable trays ■ Piping ■ Window fixings

A fixing that offers everything.

As a genuine all-rounder, the SXR is approved for: concrete, solid The approval regulates permissible loads for 41 different building
