Subject: Demand Letter to vacate AFP property

Dear Sir/Maam,

This is to inform you that you have constructed a house within

Tagib-iran Military Reservation.
It has been reported by our personnel that you have been
ignoring the previous oral demands sent to you requesting you to
stop your construction and vacate the portion of the Military
Reservation that you are currently occupying.
Please be advised that you have no authority to possess such
property, as it is owned by the Armed Forces of the Philippines
(AFP) covered with Tax Declaration 05 02892 and 5776.
This is our LAST and FINAL DEMAND for you to vacate the
premises within thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of this notice.
Otherwise, we will be constrained to commence an eviction suit
against you to protect the AFP’s rights over the property.
