Sons of Cain: The Serpents of Wisdom

In Latter-day Saint theology, Cain is considered to be the

quintessential Son of Perdition, the father of secret
combinations(i.e. secret societies and organized crime), as
well as the first to hold the title Master Mahan,
meaning master of [the] great secret, that [he] may murder
and get gain.

The "Biblical birth" of the "story of Cain" shows us that Adam

and Eve had disobeyed Gods' orders and had been seduced
by the serpent. The result of this seduction was that Adam
and Eve had three children, Cain, Abel and Seth, then "other
sons and daughters"[Gen 5:4]. Adam knew his wife Eve
intimately, and she conceived and gave birth to Cain. She
said, "I have had a male child with the Lord's help." "In Gen.
3:15 God is speaking to the serpent, 'and I will put enmity
between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her
seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shall bruise his heel.'
The meaning of "seed" is also referred to as the word of God (Matt. 13:18-23; Luke 8:11; 1 Pet. 1:23) and as the
spiritual life in (1 John 3:9).

You will find it interesting that in the above paragraph, Cain who is from the "seed;" meaning also as "the word of
God" and Eve who clearly identifies the LORD with the serpent because she had disobeyed God by listening to
the serpent's advice, which she states that she had a male child with the LORD'S help. Hence, not God's help
because in having Cain, they disobeyed God's orders and had listened to the Serpent who is equated with the
LORD.

This story is simply an allegorical tale describing that Cain is the wise son of a wise father (Adam) who is
signified in the word "serpent", which is just an allegory to describe "wise or wisdom." Cain and the Canaanites
are not literal reptilians, serpents, or the son's of Satan themselves. The facts are that there is no way in science
that a serpent can give birth to a human and as of this writing, there has been no official documents or DNA
evidence of a serpent who can talk, or there ever being a man or woman named Satan. Not now and not back
then in biblical days.

Therefor, if you understand this fact, you will then be able to comprehend the great story hidden behind Adam,
Eve, the Serpent, their son Cain, and the Canaanites who are the serpents
of wisdom. The serpent is simply an esoteric symbol that signifies wisdom.
The Masters of Wisdom, and all Initiates into the Sacred Mysteries, are
called Nagas, or Serpents of Wisdom (Blavatsky).

Manly P. Hall in his book, "The Secret Teachings of all Ages," says this
about the serpent; Electricity was commonly symbolized by the serpent
because of its motion. Electricity passing between the poles of a spark gap
is serpentine in its motion. Force projected through atmosphere was called
The Great Snake. Being symbolic of universal force, the serpent was
emblematic of both good and evil. Force can tear down as rapidly as it can
build up. The serpent with its tail in its mouth is the symbol of eternity, for in
this position the body of the reptile has neither beginning nor end. The head
and tail represent the positive and negative poles of the cosmic life circuit.
The initiates of the Mysteries were often referred to as serpents, and their
wisdom was considered analogous to the divinely inspired power of the
snake. There is no doubt that the title "Winged Serpents" (the Seraphim?)
was given to one of the invisible hierarchies that labored with the earth
during its early formation.
 The ancient worship of wisdom which is also equated with the w
of years. History shows us that Serpent-worship was adopted
by the Gnostic Ophites of Canaan, and it is well known that
the Catholic Church had persecuted the Gnostics for their
worship and teachings forever labeling them heretics. From
Eastern Africa, Central Africa, Egypt, Greece, China, India
and Italy; these Gnostics have spread serpent-worship, or the
worship of wisdom around the world. It was to the point that it
had been the primary religion for thousands of years by many
cultures; up until the religion of Christianity was formed by the
Roman Empire to be the adversary or eternal enemy of
serpent worship, which is really just worship of wisdom and
the light.

In India; even to this day, the Hindus celebrate one day in the
year as sacred to the worship of serpents. In China, the
Serpent or Great Dragon of ancient mythology is a national
emblem—the stamp and symbol of royalty, sculptured on the
temples, blazoned on the furniture of the houses, and
interwoven in the garments of the chief nobility. They call him
"the Father of happiness," and erect to him temples shaded
with groves. In the gnostic tradition, the serpent is seen as a
hero by the Ophites. The Serpent was venerated in Egypt as
an emblem of Divinity, an oracle, and as a god. This Serpent-
worship continued amongst the Samaritans in the West and in
Europe, with the Druids in Ireland, Scotland and Britain.

However, in order to confuse non-initiates and the profane;

Serpent (wisdom) worship or Ophite worship was combined
with the Cult of Isis, which places a veil on these mysteries via
chaos or darkness. I have explained this practice of chaos
and darkness in past articles such as; Isis Becomes the Virgin
Mary, in which Isis declares; “I am Isis, the great Goddess, the
Mistress of Magic, the Speaker of Spells,” and on monuments
“I am in the constellation of the Dog.”

Homer, in the Iliad, describes exactly how Isis and the Dog Star bring fevers to suffering humanity in the
approach of Achilles toward Troy in these words:

Sirius rises late in the dark, liquid sky

On summer nights, star of stars,
Orion's Dog they call it, brightest
Of all, but an evil portent, bringing heat
And fevers to suffering humanity.

These fevers to suffering humanity via chaos and confusion of the hidden mysteries is explained by Manly P Hall;

These sorcerers [in Egypt] then began the systematic destruction of all keys to the ancient wisdom, so that none
might have access to the knowledge necessary to reach adeptship without first becoming one of their order. They
mutilated the rituals of the Mysteries while professing to preserve them, so that even though the neophyte
passed through the degrees he could not secure the knowledge to which he was entitled. Idolatry was introduced
by encouraging the worship of the images which in the beginning the wise had erected solely as symbols for
study and meditation. False interpretations were given to the emblems and figures of the Mysteries, and
elaborate theologies were created to confuse the minds of their devotees. The masses, deprived of their
birthright of understanding and groveling in ignorance, eventually became the abject slaves of the spiritual
impostors. Superstition universally prevailed and the black magicians completely dominated national affairs, with
the result that humanity still suffers from the sophistries of the priestcrafts of Atlantis and Egypt.

There was good reason why these priests had mutilated the
rituals of the Mysteries while professing to preserve them.
This was done in order to conceal the truth, the goals, and the
aspirations of these secret orders in order to cause confusion
and chaos to those they had deemed unfit, unworthy, or who
have yet gained the confidence of the masters of these
hidden mysteries.

The sons of Cain, the Canaanites or "The Serpents of

Wisdom," are the ancient priests of Atlantis and Egypt, who
were also Gnostics that had helped form most all the religions
that we see today and they are the originators of both
Christianity and the Catholic Church. The allegorical Satan
who we now know is found in the allegorical story of Cain;
signifies wisdom. It is this wisdom that has always been the churches adversary and what some may call the
usurper of their throne.

The Cainites (Canaanites) or Cainians (Greek: Καϊνοί Kainoi, Καϊανοί Kaianoi),were

a Gnostic and Antinomian sect who were known to venerate Cain as the first victim of the Demiurge; the deity of
the Tanakh, who was identified by many groups of Gnostics as evil. These Canaanites were also known as the
Anakim or Kings, Nephelim or Giants, Emim or Terrible Ones, Heliade or Children of the Sun. The Anak or the
Anakim were the descendants of the Nephilim that were seen by Jacob when he described giants in the land of
Canaan. It is said that this race of giants descended from Anak, the son of Arba, the Canaanite who founded the
city of Kiriath-arba (Hebron). It was in Hebron where King David was anointed King over the house of Judah.
They were mentioned by Tertullian and Irenaeus as existing in the eastern Roman Empire during the 2nd century.
One of their purported religious texts was the Gospel of Judas.

Tacitus writes that after the assassination of Julius Caesar, a temple in honour of Isis had been decreed, but was
then suspended by Augustus as part of his program to restore traditional Roman religion. The emperor Caligula,
however, was open to Eastern religions, and the Navigium Isidis; a procession in honor of Isis, wich was
established in Rome during his reign. This first appearance of Sirius in the pre-dawn sky was used to start the
so-called Egyptian “lunar” calendar year, which was used for purposes of regulating religious affairs and
everyday life. Hence, the abyss, AKA humankind has been under the influence of the darkness via the veil of Isis
and her scorching Dog Star Sirius ever since.

The religion of Isis thus spread throughout the Roman Empireduring the formative centuries of Christianity. The
image of Horus breast feeding on his mother (pictured below left) became the iconic image of the Isis cult in
Rome, that then became the template for the Christian Madonna cult that can still be seen today in most all
Roman Catholic Churches. The last Pharaoh Queen of Egypt, Cleopatra VII was of the family of Ptolemy and
had always appeared in public clothed in a robe sacred to Isis; her head adorned with a crown of golden lily
leaves. It represents a woman with a glory around her head and a babe in her arms or seated on her knee.
However, this image is no longer known as the Cult of Isis and is now part of the world’s largest religion known
today as Catholicism and the her name is no longer that off Isis, but was replaced by the iconic Virgin Mary.

It is the church who had made the symbol of the serpent as evil, for the serpent signifies wisdom and free
thought that lies within each one of us. It is the power that we have in "AS ABOVE, SO BELOW" and " AS
WITHIN, SO WITHOUT"; that you simply do not obtain from an outside source, such as the church or a religion.
Hence, this is why wisdom and reasoning has always been an enemy of religion and why the church has
persecuted this learning as "evil", and the followers of truth, wisdom and reasoning as evil serpents, sons of
Satan or dogs.

God spoke to Job and likened man's separation from Him to the birth of a sea. The sea is an allegory for the
abyss and masses of humankind. It is our world. God tells Job what is in the sea, Leviathan which mankind is
helpless against, one which no sword of man could hope to slay. The sword is another allegorical expression
which does not stand for an actual physical sword, but one's tongue of the wise for the words which are spoken
or written are like that of a real sword, which slays the enemies of Leviathan; AKA The Serpent (Wisdom).

These allegories of leviathan, the wise serpents, tongue of the wise that we can find in Biblical passages such as
in Isaiah 27:1 which shows us that leviathan is a serpent; a great dragon, and from Genesis to
Revelation, likened to a serpent, and a dragon. In Proverbs 12:18 we can find how words are like a sword;
Reckless words pierce like a sword, but the tongue of the wise brings healing,: or Psalm 57:4 - I am in the midst
of lions; I lie among ravenous beasts--men whose teeth are spears and arrows, whose tongues are sharp
swords, " and in Psalm 59:7 - See what they spew from their mouths--they spew out swords from their lips, and
they say, "Who can hear us?"

In Leviathon, we can see the correlation in the meaning of Tribe of Levi and their descendants, the Levites.
'Levi/Levy ( /ˈliːvaɪ/, Hebrew: ‫ ; ֵלּו ִי‬Standard Levy Tiberian Lēwî ; “joining”) was, according to the Book of
Genesis; the third son of Jacob and Leah, and the founder of the Israelite Tribe of Levi (the levites).“And she
[Leah] conceived again, and bares a son; and said, ‘now this time will my husband be joined unto me, because I
have born him three sons: therefore was his name called Levi.” The Book of Jubilees similarly has Isaac telling
Levi of the future of his descendants, again predicting priesthood, prophets, and political power,and additionally
describes Jacob as entrusting Levi with the secrets of the ancients, so that they would be known only to the
Levites.

The Tribe of Levi from whom the Levites descend are what Saint Bede has said, “allegorically, the Levites
represent those attached to the Catholic Church” in his 9th century book titled, Ezra and Nehemiah. This was at
the time of the New Foundation of the new church of Jerusalem, who the Tribe of Levi is the ancestral patriarch.
Therefor, if you are looking for one of the Tribes of Israel, you can find the Tribe of Levi working side by side with
the Universal Church. This would make sense, since the high priests for judgment of the New Testament are the
Levites.

This was the formation of the secret brotherhood of the Order of the Quest.

I will finish with a quote from Manly P. Hall in his book, The Secret Teachings of all Ages - "The accepted theory
that the serpent is evil cannot be substantiated. It has long been viewed as the emblem of immortality. It is the
symbol of reincarnation, or metempsychosis, because it annually sheds its skin, reappearing, as it were, in a new
body. There is an ancient superstition to the effect that snakes never die except by violence and that, if uninjured,
they would live forever. It was also believed that snakes swallowed themselves, and this resulted in their being
considered emblematic of the Supreme Creator, who periodically reabsorbed His universe back into Himself."
