Phone- 9811607353 Terms and conditions:- Note:-I The Remand Advocate shall be paid Rs. 7800/- (Rs. Seven Thousand & Fight Hundred only) per month for discharging duties as Remand Advocate. He/she may move the appropriate application on behalf of the accused at the time of remand, however, no separate fees for filing any such application shall be paid. Note:-II These Remand Advocates shall look after the Remand Work and be linked with the court described against their names as Remand Advocate of that court. as Coni 02.Note:-IIl Note:-IV Note:-V Note:-VI Note: VII Note:-VIII Note:-IX Note:X_ Note:-XI Note:-XII The Remand Advocates shall prepare a separate daily diary of the work done as Remand Advocate. ‘The Remand Advocates shall also obtain a certificate for attendance on month to month basis from the court concerned and shall submit the same to this office alongwith their bills. The Remand Advocates shall submit their bills in this office latest by 7" of each month and in any eventuality, the bill shall not be considered after the expiry of three months. In case of appointment in any of the case by the order of the Court, concerned legal aid advocate is directed to inform the office of District Legal Services Authority (South-West) in proper format and will continuously appear in that court and will update the Office of District Legal Services Authority (South-West) regarding the progress of the case and next date of hearing. The performance of Remand Advocate shall be assessed on monthly basis in consultation with the Ld Presiding Officer of the Concerned Court and adverse report against the Remand Advocate by the Concerned Court shall be given weightage. If any Remand Advocate happens to be on leave or is unable to appear in the court for unavoidable circumstance, the remand work of the said court shall be attended by the Remand Advocate deputed in the first Link Court. If, the Remand Advocate deputed in the First Link Court is also on leave or not available, the remand work shall be attended by the Remand Advocate deputed in the Second Link Court and so on. In case, any Remand Advocate is on leave or is unable to attend the court, he shall send prior intimation not only to this office and the concerned court but also his Link Remand Advocate as per the Link Roaster. Failure of any Remand Advocate to do so shall be viewed as dereliction of duty. It is impressed upon all the Remand Advocates to adhere the above terms and conditions strictly. It is clarified that they shall be paid honorarium on the basis of their daily appearance before the court mentioned in Table-I. The Remand Advocates shall look after the Remand work and be linked with the court described against their names as Remand Advocated (Additional Work) and no remuneration shall be paid for Additional Work.
