Please follow the following format for writing reports of practical work in PHY113,
PHY205, PHY209.
The marking schedule provided for your reference. The report will be marked out of 20.
However, the total marks will be worked out as stated in the course document for final entry.
All graphs must be drawn on lined graph paper. The report maybe word-processed and a
scanned copy of the graph maybe included in the report.

STUDENTS ATTENDING WEEKLY CLASSES:
All reports for practical work in PHY113, PHY205, PHY209 should be handed in as
hard copy to the administrative office of the Faculty of Science.
Hard copies of the report should be submitted no later than 14:00 hours (2pm) on the
7th day after the day the laboratory work was done.
All reports should be submitted with an Assignment Submission Slip, copies of which
are available from the office.
The time of submission will be noted as the received time written on the Assignment
Submission Slip to which the report is attached.
