COUNTER-AFFIDAVIT OF MR. NALINLANG

DEFENDANT, by the undersigned attorney and to this Honorable Court respectfully

avers that:

1. Admissions and Denials

1.1 That I am Mr. Nalinlang, Filipino, of legal age, single and presently
residing at #46 Rimando Road, Baguio City.

1.2 That I’m the same person sued by Mr. Nagoya for Batas Pambansa
Bilang. 22 (BP 22)
1.3 That I’m the staff of Mr. Estafador company, Mysterio Investment Firm.

1.4 That sometime on March 2015, I met Mr. Nagoya on the talk entitled
“Making Your Money Grow” lead by Mr. Estafador.
1.5 That I have no knowledge on the transaction between Mr. Estafador
and Mr. Nalinlang.
1.6 That I’m not a privy to Mr. Estafador’s business.

1.7 That I also invested some of my money to the corporation.

1.8 That I was pressured by Mr. Estafador to open a bank account and
issues checks to various persons.

1.9 That Mr. Estafador assured me, that there was money to fund the said
checks.

1.10 That, because of my trust to Mr. Estafador, I issued the checks.

1.11 That, I swear, I did not receive any of the amounts given to Mr.
Estafador.
1.12 That I believed Mr. Estafador has absconded with the money of the
investors.
2. PRAYER

2.1 WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed that the instant

criminal complaint be DISMISSED for lack of merit.

1.2 Further, the respondents respectfully pray for such and other reliefs as may
be deemed just and equitable in the premises.
