1.0 GENERAL

Instructions, drawings, procedures, spare parts lists, operation manuals, etc. specified on the Vendor Data Requirements list shall be
considered as forming part of this order and quantities required shall be received by the date indicated or earlier. Any document issued to
the plant site shall not be considered as received by Document Control.

Vendor means Vendor of goods and/or Subcontractor of site contracts.

2.0 VENDOR DRAWINGS AND DOCUMENTS

Vendor’s drawings and documents will be reviewed only as to overall compatibility and conformance with interface requirements and
related drawings, and such review shall not be construed to relieve or mitigate the Vendor’s responsibility for accuracy or adequacy and
suitability of materials and/or equipment represented thereon. Vendor shall submit all requested drawings and documents in the format
following specification “Standards for Technical Drawings and Documents”.

3.0 TIME LIMIT

“No. of Weeks (ARO)”, as stated in the table, is the number of weeks after receipt of order, to receipt by Document Control the documents
for “REVIEW”. “No. of Weeks (ARAD)”, as stated in the table, is the number of weeks after receipt of approved documents, to receipt by
Document Control the “FINAL” (certified) documents. Buyer’s review turnaround time will be 10 working days from acknowledgement of
receipt for the documents.

4.0 TRANSMISSION OF VENDOR TECHNICAL DATA FOR PRE-FABRICATION REVIEW

- All preliminary technical data must be issued upon Buyer’s request.

- The detailed Vendor data list must be submitted as requested on the Vendor Data Requirements list prior to the transmittal of any
other document. This Vendor data list must always be kept up-to-date. Documents listed on the Vendor transmittal or on the Vendor
data list must be cross-referenced to item numbers shown on the Vendor Data Requirements list.

- All substitutions of materials shall first be approved by the Buyer before documents are submitted for review.

- Once the Vendor drawings and other technical data have been reviewed, one copy will be returned to the Vendor to allow him to
proceed as agreed upon.
VA: Not suitable, resubmit before fabrication.
VB: Modify as noted, resubmit before fabrication.
VC: Modify as noted, commence fabrication & resubmit.
VD: Suitable, start fabrication, resubmit certified reproducible.
VE: Other, as indicated on transmittal.
VF: Final, no further re-submittal.
- Vendor shall make all corrections indicated and shall resubmit corrected drawings and/or documents as soon as possible, and not
later than the specified date. A copy stamped with the appropriate action code will be sent back to the Vendor for his files.

- Review and/or authorization to proceed with fabrication by the Buyer shall not be interpreted as relieving the Vendor from any of his
obligations or responsibilities concerning the documents and items to be supplied by him by virtue of the purchase order agreements.

5.0 TRANSMISSION OF VENDOR’S DOCUMENTS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSE ONLY

Certified prints and/or electronic copy shall also be submitted for documents or drawings where review is not necessary. There shall be no
acknowledgement of receipt for these documents or drawings.
