Instructions: 1. Listen to the audio

2. Mark on the grid the heard words
3. Look at the answer on board
4. Check their answer

Justification:

This listening activity is suitable for grade 1, it develops their

listening skill. The children in this activity will listen to the audio and
write in the box the numbers using statistic signs. According to
Halliwell, "this activity, the children have to mark on a matrix or grid
the information read out by the teacher"(1992,44). This activity is
 also can improve student's skills in writing and speaking, we can use
the same activity to speak freely using the new grammar (on, in and
with).

All the skills will get improved through one activity. At the end of
this activity, students will feel confident while they speak using the
new grammar.
