KRASHAK APP-BRIEF INTRO
 OBJECTIVES OF KRASHAK APP

•To provide agriculture extension to farmers

(Humanless agri extension)
•On recommended dose of fertilizer requirement for
macro nutrients-NPK
•To provide automated, error free calculations , in a
form which is easily accessible to farmers- smart
phones-android phones
•To save farmers from the double loss (expenses of
overdose and loss to crop due to overdose)
 GEOGRAPHICAL COVERAGE

•Whole of India

•Contains block level soil test reports of NPK of all

the blocks of all the districts of all the states

•If manually NPK has to be inserted than, this app can

be used even for any area outside India too

•Inbuilt Recommended NPK of major 100 plus
crops
•Inbuilt Soil test reports.
•Average NPK of soil samples at block level
•Facility to manually add NPK, if you have soil test
card
•Gives option to select any of the 6 combinations of
fertilizers for NPK needs
•As foot note gives info on quantity and splits in
which fertilizer has to be applied for rain fed and
irrigated areas

•Complete agriculture extension solutions- customised , automatic (manless) , easy to

•Large scale adoption of technology (Krashak app) at grassroot level by farmers
•8000 plus downloads in less then a month of its launch
•Expecting to reach 1-5 crore farmers in a year
•Expecting to reach at every block within 2 years reaching to approx. 5 crore farmers
