Please refer to the OM of even no. dated 27.07.2017 (copy enclosed) on above
mentionedsubject.

Please refer to para 1 (b) of above mentioned OM, in which the Circulation of Memos of
SFC, EFC, PIB, HPC, RCC, SCC, Etc. were also requested to be send in E-mail Id. of AEE
(IFD) i.e. <rahul.gupta32@nic.in>.

Now the AEE(lFD) has been transferred to NHAI, therefore it is requested that the
Circulationof Memos of SFC, EFC, PIB, HPC, RCC, SCC, Etc. may now be sent in E-mail Id.
of SE(IFD)i.e. <lalatendu.behera@nic.in>.

Subject: Streamlining the circulation of Memos of SFC, EFC, HPC, SCC, RCC.

With a view to streamlining the organization of SFC/EFC/HPC/SCC/RCC

meetings the following may be adhered to:-

a.) Secretary RT&H vide order dated 15.07.2017 has decided that SFC/EFC
meetings for MaRTH projects shall be held on Monday and for NHAI projects
on Tuesday of every week, subject to readiness of proposals. In view of this it
is requested that all the memorandums may be circulated as per the extant
guidelines prescribed for each type of proposals.

b.) Further, it is also requested that two hard copies of Memos of SFC I EFC I
HPe I sec I Ree may be sent to IFD [One to 0/0 AS & FA and second copy
to AEE (IFD»). In addition, copies of memos may also be sent through email to
both of the above. [AS & FA - asfamost@nic.in, and AEE (IFD) _
