We, the fifth year BS Civil Engineering students of Technological University of the Philippines-Manila,
would like to request permission from your good office to please allow us to conduct our preparation and
laboratory testing at the IRTC Concrete Laboratory from the month of June up to the completion of the
tests required for our research project, “PROPERTY CHARACTERIZATION OF MODULAR
LIGHTWEIGHT WALL PANEL SYSTEM USING EXPANDED POLYSTYRENE AS COARSE
AGGREGATE REINFORCED WITH GLASS FIBER”

As part of our responsibility while using your research facilities, we shall observe proper handling of the
laboratory equipment and apparatus and maintain the cleanliness of our working place. We will also be
liable in the event of any damages in the laboratory while we are performing our experimental study.
