Evidence: My motivators

Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I don’t like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

Composition
I like to work where there is variety both in the activities that will be carried out and in the work
environment, since my job is to travel and I enjoy the different places I visit. At the same time, it
becomes a constant challenge for the work to be done and to challenge me to reach my goal.
I like to feel independence in my work since this means that they trust in my professionalism.
The interest I give to each one of the activities is summarized in the discipline and the good
results. This gives me a very good quality and a lifestyle that satisfies me, for which money
becomes something that can be easily acquired. The relationships with my team are important
to unite our interests and achieve a good working relationship. We are confident that we can
guarantee good results. I am not worried about the competition because I like to improve my
work and that characterizes me. The recognition I have thanks to the good work and the
fulfillment that I assure you of each task.
