DEED OF REFERENCE TO ARBITRATION

WHEREAS disputes and differences have arisen BETWEEN NANDITA, daughter of.......aged
about...resident of........ AND JYOTI, daughter of .......aged about........resident of........ in regard
to.........(give details of the differences and disputes) e.g. Concerning a right of way claimed by
NANDITA over the land of JYOTI, which is being denied by JYOTI.

NOW THEREFORE, the said NANDITA and JYOTI do hereby mutually agree and declare that

arbitrator AND we, the respective parties shall be bound by the award absolutely.
