I am glad for this week, I had a chance to teach students a science lesson and it was my first observation and the lesson was about the sun-earth-moon system and I get a feedback and I will develop these point in next time. So what u want to change or focus on it is the time management because in my lesson the students had competitions so they come late to my lesson and I was starting late so I should have a time management. During this week, I did some of the duties like we make a morning assembly program for the boy section about the women day and also we will do the morning assembly program for the girl section on Sunday, and we let students practice on what they will say. Aisha and I correcting the science project, Also in the Sunday they had a trip to Dubai but we not able to go with them because we have a class at HCT campus so we were in the school but Aisha and I we take all the MST class for grade 11 and 9. So I feel that I did a great job and feeling happy when I was helping the students during the lesson or is not in during the lesson. In this week I teach the students a science lesson and it was the first observation and the lesson went well but there is also some point I should develop it such as the explore activity it was good but it takes a long time when I give them an instruction. When I teach the students science they saying can we do more activity and if the activity for 5 minutes they want more time to do it because they have fun while they doing, so what I observed that the students like to learn the science using different learning style and also they like a hands- on activity and if in the lesson the teacher only will speak it will be teacher center but the teacher should have 15 or 20 minutes to talk and she should focus on students center more. I would improve the time management. and it can improve by putting plan B for the time such as if they have a competition before my class and they were coming late to my class I should do 2 activity instead of 4 so this what happens in science class. Also, there is another strategy to develop this point like observing another students teacher or another teacher in the school to learn a new strategy that may help me. For Next week I will teach students a science lesson and I will develop some point that the (MST\MCT) give it to me and I will correct the student's book. Moreover, I will do what the MST ask to do.
