Maksimum tryk: 1,5 x PN (PN for det anvendte rør)

Maximum pressure: 1.5 x PN (PN of the pipe used)

Trin 1 / Step 1

PE-røret afkortes til ønsket længde. Oversavning skal ske vinkelret på røret.

The PE-pipe must be cut short at a 90° angle to the center line of the pipe.

Trin 2 / Step 2

PE-røret skal rejfes. Brug af rørrejfer giver hurtig og ensartet rejfning.

The PE-pipe end must be chamfered. By use of a pipe chamfering tool this is done
quickly and evenly.

Trin 3 / Step 3

Før montage kontrolleres det, at indstiksmuffen er 100% ren.

For at sikre korrekt montage skal indstikslængden afmærkes på røret før montage.
Samlingen udføres ved at skubbe PE-røret ind i koblingen til fast stop.

For at lette indstikket skal der påføres glidemiddel på rørenden og eventuelt på

gummiringens forkant.

Before installation, make sure that the socket joint is 100% clean.
To ensure correct installation mark the insertion length on the pipe.
The PE-pipe is pushed axially into the coupling until the pipe end reaches the bottom
of the socket.

To ease insertion the pipe end should be lubricated.

Trin 4 / Step 4

Efter samling skal røret trækkes jævnt med hænderne i udadgående retning for at
bringe klemringen i indgreb med røret og for at kontrollere, at samlingen er færdig
til trykprøvning.

After fitting, smoothly draw the pipe in outwards direction to engage tension ring
and pipe and to check that the fitting is ready for pressure testing.

Trin 5 / Step 5

Efter demontering af PE-røret skal der monteres nye klemringe i indstikskoblingen, før
ny samling foretages.

After dismantling of the PE-pipe new tension rings must be fitted into the socket
joint before re-assembling.
