1. ई- वेश प क सावधानीपव
ू क जांच कर तथा वसंग तयां, य द कोई ह , त काल संघ लोक सेवा आयोग के यान म लाएं।

2. संघ लोक सेवा आयोग के साथ अपने सभी प यवहार म अपना नाम, अनु मांक, रिज े शन आई डी तथा पर ा के नाम और वष का उ लेख कर ।

3. पर ा हॉल म वेश करने के लए इस ई- वेश प को येक स म साथ लाएं ।

4. ई- वेश प क सरु ा क िज मे ्दार आपक है और य द कोई अ य यि त इस ई- वेश प का योग करता है , तब यह मा णत करने का दा य व आपका है क आपने कसी त पधारक क सेवा
नह ं ल है ।

5. उ मीदवार नोट कर क ओ एम आर उ तर प क म, वशेषकर अनु मांक और पर ण पिु तका क सीर ज़ कोड के संबंध म ववरण कूटब करते समय हुई कसी कार क चक

ू / वसंग त के
मामले म उ तर प क अ वीकृत कर दया जाएगा।

6. कृपया नोट कर क पर ा के ारं भ होने के 10 मनट पहले पर ा थल पर वेश बंद कर दया जाएगा अथात पव
ू ाहन स म 09:20 बजे तथा अपराहन स म 02:20 बजे वेश बंद होने के प चात
पर ा थल पर कसी भी उ मीदवार को अंदर जाने क अनम
ु त नह ं द जाएगी।

7. उ मीदवार को सलाह द जाती है क वे ि कंग के लए समय रहते पर ा थल पर पहुंचे।

8. उ मीदवार को यह यान रखना चा हए क उ ह उनके ई- वेश प म व णत पर ा थल के अलावा कसी अ य पर ा थल पर पर ा म बैठने क अनम

ु त नह ं द जाएगी।

9. पर ा नो टस म उपल ध "पर ा क नयमावल " के अंतगत "पर ा म वेश दए गए उ मीेदवार के लए वशेष अनद
ु े श" और पर ा भवन के बाहर द शत "पो टर" िजसम अनद
ु े श का उ लेख
कया गया है , को पढ़।

10. पर ा के लए आपक उ मीदवार अनं तम है ।

11. उ मीदवार के पास कोई मोबाइल फोन (यहां तक क ि वच ऑफ मोड म भी) , पेजर या अ य इले ॉ नक उपकरण अथवा ो ाम कए जाने यो य डवाइस अथवा पेन ाइव जैसा कोई टोरे ज
मी डया माट वॉच, इ या द अथवा कैमरा अथवा लट
ू ू थ उपकरण अथवा कोई अ य उपकरण अथवा संबं धत ए सेसर ज चालू अथवा ि वच ऑफ मोड म नह ं होने चा हएं िजनका पर ा के दौरान संचार
उपकरण के प म योग कया जा सकता है । इन अनद
ु े श का कसी कार से उ लंंघन कए जाने पर अनश
ु ास नक कारवाई स हत भ व य क पर ाओं पर तबंध लगा दया जाएगा।

12. व तु न ठ कार के न प म उ मीदवार वारा गलत उ तर अं कत कए जाने पर पैन ट (ऋणा मक अंकन) होगी ।

13. काले बॉल वाइंट पेन के अलावा कसी अ य पेन से अं कत कए गए उ तर का मू यांकन नह ं कया जाएगा ।

14. उ मीदवार को सलाह द जाती है क वे क मती/ मू यवान सामान और बैग पर ा भवन म न लाएं, य क उनक सरु ा सु नि चत नह ं क जा सकती। इस संबंध म हुए नक
ु सान के लए आयोग
िज मे ्वार नह ं होगा ।

15. य द ई- वेश प पर आपक प ट फोटो नह ं है , तब उ मीदवार को सलाह द जाती है क वे पर ा म वेश के लए प रवचन के साथ पासपोट आकार के दो फोटो ाफ, येक स के लए एक, और
अपने साथ फोटो पहचान का माण जैसे आधार काड, ाइ वंग लाइसस, पासपोट, मतदाता पहचान-प , आ द लाएं ।

16. अि थ वकलांग/ ि टबा धत उ मीदवार, िज ह ने वयं के ाइब (लेखन सहायक) का वक प चन

ु ा है , कृपया यह नोट कर क उनके ाइब (लेखन सहायक) को पर ा के लए तभी अनम
ु त
दान क जाएगी जब ऐसे ाइब (लेखन सहायक) के पास अलग ई- वेश प होगा। वयं के ाइब (लेखन सहायक) के लए ई- वेश प अलग से जार कए जाएंगे।

17. बचमाक वकलांगता ेणी (केवल ि टह न एवं कमजोर ि ट उप- ेणी) वाले उ मीदवार को पेपर-।। म ऐसे न का उ तर नह ं दे ना चा हए िजनम आंकड़ का नवचन (चाट, ाफ, ता लका,

आंकड़ क पया ता आ द) अपे त ह । ऐसे न क न सं या को पेपर-।। म व श ट प से दशाया गया है । [उदाहरणत: य द न सं या 1 को वशेष प से दशाया गया है तो यह जैसा
दखेगा] ऐसे उ मीदवार के लए इन न के अंक शेष न म समान प से वत रत कर दए जाएंगे।
Important Instructions
1. Check the e Admit Card carefully and bring discrepancies, if any, to the notice of UPSC immediately.
2. Mention your Name, Roll Number, Registration ID and Name & Year of the Examination in all the correspondence with the UPSC.
3. Bring the e-Admit Card in each session to secure admission to Examination Venue.
4. You are responsible for safe custody of the e Admit Card and in the event of any other person using this e Admit Card, the onus lies on you to prove that you have not
used the service of any impersonator.
5. Candidates should note that any omission/ mistake/ discrepancy in encoding / filling in details in the OMR answer sheet, especially with regard to Roll Number and Test
Booklet Series Code, will render the answer sheet liable for rejection.
6. Please note that entry into the Examination Venue shall be closed 10 minutes before the scheduled commencement of the Examination i.e. 09:20 AM for the Forenoon
Session and 02:20 PM for the Afternoon Session. No candidate shall be allowed the entry into the Examination Venue after closure of the entry.
7. Candidates are advised to enter the Examination Venue well in time for frisking.
8. Candidates should note that they shall not be allowed to appear at any other Examination Venue except the Examination Venue mentioned in the e-Admit Card.
9. Read the 'Special Instructions for candidates admitted to the Examination' given in the 'Rules for the Examination' available in Examination Notice and the 'Poster'
containing instructions displayed outside the Examination Venue.
10. Your candidature to the Examination is provisional.
11. Candidate should not be in possession of or using any mobile phone (even in switched off mode), pager or any electronic equipment or programmable device or storage
media like pen drive, smart watches, etc., or camera or Bluetooth devices or any other equipment or related accessories either in working or switched off mode capable of
being used as a communication device during the examination. Any infringement of these instructions shall entail disciplinary action including ban from future Examinations.
12. There will be penalty (Negative Marking) for wrong answers marked by a candidate in the objective type question papers.
13. Answers other than those made by Black Ball Point Pen would not be evaluated.
14. Candidates are advised not to bring any valuables/ costly items and bags to the Examination Venue, as safe keeping of the same cannot be assured. The Commission will
not be responsible for any loss in this regard.
15. Candidates who do not have clear photographs on the e-Admit Card will have to bring a photo identify proof viz. Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Passport, Voter ID Card,
etc. and two passport size photographs one for each Session for appearing in the Examination with an undertaking.
16. Orthopedically / Visually Impaired candidates, who have opted for their own scribe, may note that their own scribe will be allowed for the Examination only with a
separate e Admit Card for such scribe. The e Admit Cards for the own scribes will be issued separately.
17. Candidates belonging to Persons with Benchmark Disability (only blindness and low vision sub category) should not attempt such questions in Paper II, where data
interpretation (charts, graphs, tables, data sufficiency, etc.,) is required. Questions numbers of such questions are highlighted in the Paper II [e.g. if Question No.1 is

highlighted question, it would look like ]. Marks of these questions will be distributed equally amongst the remaining questions for such candidates.
