Whereas:

1) WiththisCharterthe StudentAffairsCouncilof NorthernSecondary Schoolhereby

chartersthisorganization of NorthernStudentsas a fullClubandlorassociation, with
all the rightsand responsibilities
accordedas a recognized Cluband/or Association
as determined by the Constitution
of the StudentCouncilof NorthernSecondary
School.
2) No cluband/orassociation shallbe charteredwithoutconsultation, approvaland
supportby the SAC,theirstaffadvisorandthe involvement of eachclub/association
staffadvisor
3) No cluband/orassociation willbe allowedto be sanctioned if theclublassociation
and/orits'members,conflictwith,alreadyexistingteams,coaches,staffadvisors,
andbudgets,withoutapprovalandconsultation withthe appropriate staffmembers
withinthe school.
