First let me explain you the planes of existence in the descending order (top to bottom)-

The four planes or spheres of existence that the soul has to cross or experience on its journey
to God-realization are-

1) Sach Khand- True region

2) Brahmand- casual- spiritual
3) And- astral-casual
4) Pind-physical

Sach Khand is the sphere of eternity, whereas Brahmand, And and Pind are divisions of
creation- conditioned by time and subject to dissolution. Sach khand is owned by God.
Brahmand, And and Pind are owned by Satan. Satan has trapped souls in his 3 kingdoms
after meditating on God and asking boons from God.

These 4 planes contain 5 regions of consciousness-

1) Sach Khand- True, eternal, everlasting, immutable region. Sach Khand is the fifth region.
It is the ocean of true Name, through which the nameless, formless reality of God is made
manifest. It is the realm of pure spirit, the real home of the soul. It is the 5th region. It is
divided into four stages-

a) Anami- Nameless without name. Used to refer to the supreme Lord, as no name is
adequate to describe it. It is the very final inner stage.
b) Alakh- Beyond perception. It is the second stage of Sach Khand.
c) Agam- Inaccessible, unfathomable. Third stage.
d) Sat Lok- True, real, everlasting plane. Fourth stage.

2) Bhanwar Gupha- Revolving cave, the name of the highest region of creation. This is the
region where the soul first recognizes its identity with God but is still separate from him. It is
the 4th region. It is present in Brahmand.

3) Daswan Dwar- Tenth Gate. This is the third spiritual region. It is present in Brahmand.

4) Trikuti- the three prominences, the casual region. It is the second region. It is present in
the And.

5) Shansdal Kamal- The thousand petalled lotus, the astral region. It is the first region. It is
present in And.
Now the lowest creation is the physical plane also called Pind. This is not included in the 5
realms of consciousness and is dealt separately. This is because it is just a shadow.

Pind- The physical plane. It is divided into 6 chakras-

Third -Eye Chakra- Located between the eyebrows. Here our soul, which is tied with
mind (agent of Satan), sits.
Throat Chakra- Located in throat. Here Maya/Shakti rules.
Heart Chakra- Located in or behind the heart. Here Shiva rules.
Naval Chakra- Located in the navel region. Here Vishnu Rules
Sacral Chakra- Located at the root of the sexual organ. Here Brahma rules.
Root Chakra- Located at the base of the spine, anus. Here Ganesh rules.

The rulers of the chakras ranging from throat to anus take energy from the soul which sits in
the third eye or eye centre. These rulers or lords harm the soul and suck all its energy. All
these rulers including mind (which is tied with the soul) suck energy from the soul. They work
under the directions of Satan and are his agents. All these lords are created by Satan so that
the soul never reaches her its true home, i.e Sach Khand. People usually get fooled to think
that these lords associated with chakras are positive energy and get trapped by them. Further
these lords make the souls to go to hell and finally to the mouth of Satan. Satan then chews
the souls and harms it in the hell by giving different dangerous punishments.

The objective of the human life is to reach Sach Khand. But this can be only possible with the
help of a True Master/ Guru/Saint/ Satguru.

True Master/Satguru/Saint- True spiritual teacher. A Master who has access to Sach Khand,
the highest adobe ruled by God. He is the incarnation of God on earth and is ordained to take
certain allotted souls back to God by initiating them into Surat Shabad Yoga. Not to be
confused with the ordinary use of the word saint meaning a person who leads a life of self-
sacrifice and dedication to God. God takes a human form in the form of a True Master to
protect souls (human beings) from Satan and to take back the souls to Sach Khand.

One who doesn’t meet a True Master directly goes into the mouth of Satan and to hell after
death. Nevertheless at the time of death such soul has to face the pain of 100,000 scorpions.

Initiation- It is the mantra granted by a True Master. The mantra contains five words. These
five words are the original names of the rulers (kings) of the 5 regions of consciousness.

Surat Shabad Yoga – The practice of joining the soul (Surat) into the Word( God) and merging
(Yoga) with it. Once the soul merges into the Shabd, it is carried by the Shabd to its source,
the God. Can only be taught by a True Master who comes from the Sach Khand.
Now let me explain you what really happened to you-

1) You did the meditation to invoke your Kundalini. [This is the most dangerous meditation
to do. A person can also get killed by doing this. You were lucky that you are still alive.] Our
body is made up of 5 elements. These are earth, water, fire, air, space. This Kundalini is called
Pran (life-source). It is formed when the energy of the soul falls on these 5 elements. This
energy falls on the naval and extends all over the body.

2) You were forcefully trying to raise your Kundalini and open your third eye. But this was
bad since one cannot open third eye without being a lacto-vegetarian or vegan and abstaining
all types of intoxicants.

3) Now since you were forcing your mind and soul and life- source, there was a spontaneous
awakening of your Kundalini. A spontaneous awakening in an experience which has been
termed as ‘Kundalini crises, ‘spiritual emergency’ or ‘Kundalini syndrome’. The symptoms are
said to resemble those of Kundalini awakening but are experienced as unpleasant,
overwhelming or out of control. Unpleasant side effects are also said to occur when the
practitioner has not approached Kundalini with due respect and in a narrow egotistical
manner. (You can see Wikipedia for more information, but most of the info on Wikipedia is
not legit and a person can get into serious troubles after relying on such information. So be
careful.)

4) Your Kundalini started raising. For this your soul (tied with mind) had to come down from
the eye centre to the anus region. Which is again bad. Just imagine a situation where you are
in the middle of a mountain. You want to reach at its peak. But you don’t do that, instead you
jump down to the bottom of the mountain to reach its peak. This is what you did. It really
harmed your soul. This was the reason that you were not able to sleep properly for many
days.

5) So when your Kundalini started raising, along with your soul and mind (which you made to
jump down), your lower chakra started to open. As soon as your Kundalini raised you started
to have supernatural experience. You went into the adobes of these chakras deities. You
might be present in your anus chakra at that time. But your picnic got damaged by the
negative power, i.e Satan. You saw a lord with four hands (this was not Vishnu). This lord
then turned into that second thug you saw, because he saw you that you are more powerful
than him in his first form.

6) Now the thing to worry here is that you went for picnic in enemy territory. The second
scary thug with the snake swallowing man made an offer with you to bow down to him and
he would give you bliss. For this he fooled you that you are associated with him and whether
you are ready to go with him (i.e. to die).He was speaking the Sanskrit language. All the deities
in the physical plane speak the Sanskrit language. But since you were afraid of him you didn’t
bow down to him. This was proved when you Kundalini started to wither down. Your
arguments with the deity went on for a little time in that world. But compared to earth that
time was equivalent to 8-10 hours of earth. You were lucky that your Kundalini stopped to
rise further and went down again.

7) Then your Kundalini again settled to its original position and your soul and mind came back
in the eye centre.

8) This experience damaged your soul. You daily life got ruined for a few days.

What you did was a foolish act on your part. (Sorry if I hurt you.)

But now I am worried that this negative energy will again reappear along with Satan at the
time of your death, to take you with him. [I don’t know what it wants to do with you.] Because
it has specifically known you now.
