STUDENT GUIDELINES 4TH SEM

PROJECT- 30 marks
Internal viva dates: MAY -2018

Dear Students

Follow the steps for evaluation,

1. Detailed Schedule is attached here with this mail.
2. You / or your group may have more than 1 viva on the same date ,in that occasion you
are required to come at 9: 30 at the day of viva and required to meet Nirav Gandhi/
Deman Sahu to manage both the vivas , it must be finished on the same day .
3. You are compulsorily come in the groups for Viva. All the members are required to come
and must sign in the Externa exam sign sheet.
4. You are required to come with the ONE COPY OF SPIRAL BOUND REPORT (
ATTACHED WITH CERTIFICATE MAILED TO YOU-WITH SIGN), ppt ,laptop( to
run Simulations if needed), hall Ticket, hardware project (if applicable).
5. You are required to complsorily upload the ppt and WORD file of report using the ink

( for bot ppt and report).

6. You are required to make you tube video of the project you have made and put the link
using the

7. If You are fail to present due to any reason on the day of viva it will be considered as
ABSENT and ZERO marks will be considered , in that case you need to repeat project in
next sem as backlog and it is solely your responsibility to submit the Project report, ppt
and project in next semester t to Prof. Nirav Gandhi /Prof. Deman Sahu in person .
8. You will be provided 20 mins for presentation and 10 mins for question answer, you will
be assessed based on the the PPT contents , Report writing , Presentation skills, Sharing
of works and PROGRESS of the work.
