- If the problem identified as the deliverer mistakes, then I will try to understand what has happened for
the food on the way to the customer. The bonus on deliverer will be deducted, as well as the
satisfaction rate will be dropped. To the serious extend, suspension of the driver right to deliver for Uber
Eat for extended training and punishment purpose.

- If the problem identified as the partner restaurant mistakes, then restaurant partner will need to
explain the ??? tricky one…how to make them happy, explaining the situation in a polite way, letting
them know this is not the problem on deliver, consumers or our platform side after investigation, and of
course deliverer would have sent us picture to prove he is doing his job on point.

Restaurant ABC has decreasing sales throughout July to September, but the average order dollar value is
increasing over the period, which is inversely proportionated.

The customer source in Restaurant DEF has the most varied order in terms of average bracket size,
indicating the order may be catered for different number groups of people or function, party food may
be available, whereas restaurant GHI has the least varied in terms of average bracket size, which might
indicate the variety of orders may be limited.

Restaurant GHI made the most sales out of the three restaurants, it might due to its unique menu that
dedicating the food making process towards limited types of dishes.

there was inconsistency in completing orders in Restaurant GHI and lowest average in Restaurant ABC.
Further follow up on the restaurant is required to improve the completion rate on Restaurant GHI and
ABC, even though restaurant GHI has the greatest average completion on delivery.

Restaurant ABC has the lowest average delivery time 37.7 minutes whereas restaurant GHI has the
lowest average delivery time 31.1 minutes.

From both order completion rate and delivery time, restaurant ABC needs further attention to achieve
better consistency in both fields.

3 Ideas to pitch to restaurants to grow their business.

- Encourage their loyalty customer to use Uber delivery services, so they can free up some spots
for new customers for further brand building. And actively letting their restaurant customers
know they have joined Uber partner, loyalty customers can enjoy their favorite food wherever
they want by creating Uber Loyalty reward program.
- Once restaurant partners have reached certain number of customers using Uber services, they
can have a chance to be promoted on our social media platform, so new customers across
districts can be their potential customers as well. This is to create a win-win situation.
- At the end of the year, we should have an Uber Eat Michelin to praise our restaurant partner for
their astonishing number of their loyalty customers usine Uber Eat Services. We will have three
different prizes, bronze, silver and gold rewards once they hit the target number of customers
using Uber Eat Services, even the newly joined customers might also get a great improvement
rewards.
- On the consumers side, we can create a poll to choose their favorite restaurants, once our
partners were chosen, special promotion program from marketing team can be integrated with
our restaurant partners.
- Also, the most loyal customers also get rewards from their favorite restaurant once they have
used certain number of delivery if the restaurant agree to do so. Or Uber Eat E-cupon rewarded
in their account for future orders.
