Leadership competencies questionnaire


- Self-rating scale, People Coordination -

This questionnaire contains 36 questions that will help you reflect on your leadership behaviour. Take your time
and answer them honestly.

For each leadership behavior item choose how often you express it assign a number to it. After you’re done, you
will be given a key to calculate your result.
