Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A gallon of milk was found in the reach in cooler
passed the expiration date.
Corrective Action(s): Adjust procedures so consumers are not mislead or misinformed. Action Taken: The milk
and orange juice was discarded, violation corrected.
Code citation: (A) FOOD shall be offered for human consumption in a way that does not mislead or misinform
the CONSUMER.
(B) FOOD or COLOR ADDITIVES, colored overwraps, or lights may not be used to misrepresent the true
appearance, color, or quality of a FOOD.
