Some DeKalb County officials and residents said

has overstayed its welcome. The only problem now is
where to put it.
After months of protests and debates, DeKalb
County commissioners voted that the Confederate
monument could be moved to another location. But
due to state laws, finding the right place for it has
proved to be difficult.
In January, DeKalb County sought proposals on
