Preferences as to the suggested terms and conditions by the body:

1. As suggested by Ms. Chavez…(regarding the terms and conditions)

2. As suggested by Mrs. Mia Baquiano…(regarding the terms and conditions)

3. “Draw by lots oral recitation system”

This system was applied during the previous class semester held by Atty. Jairo Ladera under
“Torts and Damages”

Mechanics:
The Oral Recitation composed of 10 questions. The professor will then call randomly
based on the class cards one student at a time and will be asked to go forward in his table for
private conversation as to the question and answer, so that some of the students won’t hear
the questions asked by the professor.

Condition:

If agreeable, it has been suggested that the topics to be covered in the oral recitation
will be divided accordingly as per TITLE or per TOPIC every recitation because it would be so
broad if the coverage of the recitations will be whole book.
