Client: Linamar India Private Limited Chakan Pune.

Key Role:
Design the Sealing Fixture for All Six Faces of Cylinder Head And All Are Automatically Clamped With the Help
of Pneumatic Cylinder. Component Move with the Help of Conveyor. Use the O-ring and Rubber Gasket for Seal
all faces.

 Project 2 : Dry Leak Test Machine for KV Engine And Qsk 19 & K-19
Client: Cummins India Limited Kothrud Pune

Key Role:
Design the Sealing Fixtures like Couplers or Face Seal for Water Circuit, Fuel Circuit, and Oil Circuit
And Turbo Charger for Mounting Bracket for all Sealing Coupler and Leak Test Equipment Mounting Structure.

 Project 3 : Dry Leak Test Machine for Turbocharger

Client: Cummins Turbo Technologies Limited Madhya Pradesh.

Key Role:
Design the Component Moving with Auto Dragging System and Complete the Choke Test and Leak Test and all
faces Seal Automatically with the Help of Coupler or Face Seal with the help of Pneumatic Cylinder.

 Project 4: Dry Leak Test Machine for Position Sensor.

Client: Minda Stonebridge Instrument Limited Chakan Pune.

Key Role:
Design Moving Fixture for Component Clamping and Mounting with Sealing. And Sealing the all open faces
with Dual coupler and Face Seal Bracket. Moving Fixture with the Help of Pneumatic Cylinder.

 Project 5 :
Client: Clarcor India Private Limited Chakan Pune.

Key Role:
Design Moving Fixture for Component Clamping and Mounting with Sealing. And Sealing the all open faces
with Dual coupler and Face Seal Bracket. Moving Fixture with the Help of Pneumatic Cylinder. And Use Priming
Cylinder for Priming the Component.

 Project 6 : Leak Test Machine for Valve Seat

Client: Perfect Engine Components Private Limited.

Key Role:
In this Machine we can check the Valve Seat Angle. Design the Component Mounting and Component Clamping
with the Help of Swivel Clamp And Automatic Bad Component Pick And Place Done.

 Project 7: Leak Test Machine for ATTA Motor, KTP Motor, KWTG Motor and Vespa Motor.
Client: Kinetic Taigene Electrical Company Private Limited Pune.

Key Role:
Design the Component Mounting and Component Clamping And Complete the Leak Test.

FINAL YEAR PROJECT

Title: Pipeline Inspection Robot

Description: To Many accidents have happened owing to the crack and the corrosion of pipelines. It is
very difficult to inspect the pipelines because they are buried under the ground. Therefore,
we are hoping a method of inspection method with a spring tension mechanism from the
inside of the pipelines without digging the ground.

Strength: - Drawing the components of PIR on CATIA, Manufacturing the components, Assembly
and Create project report on MS-Office PowerPoint.
