communication patterns between teachers and students?

First of all I think the students and their teachers should respect each
other in the classroom, however, in the beginning of the class the teacher
have to great the students and tell them about the rules in the class, or
ask them about any things they do in the weekend. Then the teacher can
start the lesson with some predicting question, in the lesson the teacher
can ask the students what did she says and answer her question, in the
conclusion the teacher have to ask the students what they learn and chick
for all of them they understand the lesson or if they have any question.
