7 Version Installation Steps

1. Download scala-2.11.7
2.11.7 tar file from SCALA WebSite

2. You have to follow the below screen shot inside box steps

3. Open the ~/.bashrc file and update the SCALA_HOME

_HOME information
export SCALA_HOME=/home/orienit/work/
_HOME=/home/orienit/work/scala scala-2.11.7
export PATH=$SCALA_HOME/bin:$PATH
PATH=$SCALA

4. Reopen the Terminal

5. Execute “scala”” command to work with SCALA
