The unanimous Declaration of those in opposition to Ulysses and the Administration

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that to secure the right to civil

discussion, Administrations are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers
from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes
destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it,
and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and
organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect
their Conversations and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments
long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and
accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer,
while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to
which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations,
pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute
Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and
to provide new Guards for their future security. — Such has been the patient
sufferance of these Members; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to
alter their former Systems of Administration. The history of the present Main Owner
of the Christians Discord is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all
having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these
Members. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

He has repeatedly punished Members for non-existant rules.

He has forbidden his Administrators to make any pressing changes without his
permission, and then utterly neglected to attend to the matters.

He has granted Administrator status to indiviudals unsuitable, and refuses to

remove their status even after widespread petition.

He has purposefully granted Administrator status only to those Protestants and

Catholics that are inactive.

He has enacted a Tribunal, with no genuine purpose but to remove those from the
Server who actively refused to participate in said Tribunal.

He has funneled in many inactive and non-Christian users simultaneously in attempts

to replace unfairly banned users.

He has consolidated power in himself by revoking permissions from the

Administration.

He has banned many of the Members of the server, a small fraction of whom are:

YourFriendlyNeighbourhoodPerson.

In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most
humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. An
Owner, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is
unfit to be the ruler of a free Discord.
We, therefore, the Representatives of those in oppposition to Ulysses, Assembled,
appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions,
do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of this Discord, solemnly
publish and declare, That this Discord is, and of Right ought to be Free and
Independent from the Administration, that it is Absolved from all Allegiance to
Ulysses, and that all connection between it and the Administration, is and ought to
be totally dissolved — And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm
reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other
our Access to the Discord and our sacred Honor.
