The Samahan ng mga Detinado ng Tarlac Provincial Jail requests that,

besides those visitors who are eligible to sleep over with their husbands, wives, or
live-in parteners, may we request that their children and other family members will be
allowed to sleep over. This ensures their active participation during the Parlor
Games, Bingo, and Raffle Draw, which in turn promotes camaraderie and Team
Building amongst them.

SUBJECT : Request for Medical Officers for Medical Mission

DATE : November 24, 2016

1. Reference: Weekly medical check-up of inmates by Dr Raymund Talon of

Talon General Hospital on November 14 and 21, 2016.

2. Some inmates are suffering from illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension,

bleeding disorder, cough and colds, and uterine problems.

3. In view of the foregoing, may we request for medical doctors particularly

OB-Gynecologist and internal medicine doctors preferably on Mondays,
Wednesdays, and Fridays as scheduled non-visiting days at Tarlac Provincial Jail.
