This is to inform all the members of the Ministry of the Altar Servers that the PPC co-chairman Bro.
Leandro Flores is calling a General Assembly and a seminar that will discuss the following topics:

 Sacred Vessels
 Sacred Vestment
 Holy Mass
 Role of the youth to our Church

Attendance in this Activity is a MUST.

According to our Constitution and by-laws Article III, Section III “The Members of the Ministry is needed
to renew yearly after the seminar about the basic knowledge of serving on the Altar.”

Only the altar servers that will attend shall be the one that will be renewed on November 26, 2017
Solemnity of Christ the King. This Seminar is required for renewal.
