Directions: There are many things about an early childhood program that should be taken into consideration when hiring staff. Use your textbooks and available references to find more information about these five major considerations. Take notes in and around the spaces provided.

Employees -organizational structure plan will determine what
positions you will need to fill. -every program for children will have classroom staff. -structure may include supervisors, teachers, assistant teachers, teacher aides, and volunteers.
