TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. An initial down payment equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the total package must be paid on
or before May 15, 2018. Full payment of the total contract price shall be made on June 10,
2018. The company reserves the right to demand that the full payment be made in the form of
cash or check only (PAYABLE: HYGGE TIME TRAVEL AND TOURS) OR deposit through our
savings account: BDO ACCOUNT NAME: HYGGE TIME TRAVEL AND TOURS | ACCOUNT
NUMBER: 004300434983 | Burgos Circle BGC Branch.

2. Cancellation for guaranteed bookings shall have a cancellation fee equivalent to 30% of the
total cost of package. Cancellation must be made 15 days before the tour.

3. Last minute cancellation (made after the final booking date) a fee equivalent to 50% of the
total contract price shall be deducted to your account. Cancellation must be made 7 days before
the tour.

4. “NO SHOW” in the event that the client fails to show on the date of the tour without any prior
cancellation made with the company, the client shall remain liable to pay the total contract price,
including incidental cost if any.

5. FORCE MAJEURE; the company shall not be held liable for any failure to carry out such pre-
arrange services caused by labor disputes, acts of GOD or conditions beyond our control. Any
additional expenses incurred from the changes in tour schedule brought about by the water,
road and local conditions/accidents shall be borne by the passenger to safeguard their interest.

6. The company’s liability for death/injuries to passenger arising out of the use of vehicle/s
covered by this contract shall be limited to the insurance coverage of the BUS only.

7. Any additional side trips and excess hours will be given extra charge after approval from the
office.

8. The company will not be held liable to any change on the TRANSPORTATION
ARRANGEMENTS caused by uncontrollable circumstances on the tour event. However, on
such circumstances the company reserves the right to arrange alternative/substitute
arrangement for the commencement trip.

9. The tour participants shall be responsible and held liable for any damages to property and or
loose on bus Facilities resulting from acts of negligence, misuse or mishandling of equipment.

10. All details contained and confined here are private and confidential and may not be
disclosed to any third party for any reason or purpose.
