All praise is for Allaah, I bear witness that there is no deity worthy of worship except Allaah and Muhammed is his Slave
and Messenger, may the Peace and Blessings of Allaah be upon him, his Companions and those who follow his
guidance.

To proceed:

Amongst the lies, obscenities and ignorance of `Ubaid Al-Jabiree is what has come to spread by the way of a phone call
to him dated Yaumul Ahad (Sunday) the 4th of Dhul Qa`idah in the 1432 Hijri. As is know by his customs (the telephone
call) was bursting with insults, vilifications and other senseless jabber and prattle which show his burning frustration
towards the indisputable evidences presented by Ahlus-Sunnah due to his Hizbiyah, ignorance, and deviations.

The main point of this brief piece is to expose four of the many lies, which he has been fabricating from the beginning of
his fitnah to the present, under the suggestion of his henchmen and prompters from the Hizb of Al-Adeni.

From what `Ubaid Al-Jabiree's quotes:

"I have previously mentioned that his upbringing (i.e. Sheikh Yahya Al-Hajoori) was not one of learning, rather his youth
was plebeian, since he was only in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to work; in the mere capacity of manual worker".

In another narration he says, "He used to work at a car workshop."

And in yet another narration, "He used to work in a shop, where the commodities were very cheap. They are called two or
five Riyaal shops."

He immediately follows these two fabrications with a third:

"However when the Gulf War broke out, the Yemeni government recalled its citizens. He (i.e. Sheikh Yahya) was of those
who returned after that arriving at Markaz Dammaj"

Sheikh Yahya (may Allaah preserve him) replies:

“It is well-known to those present then, that I came to Darul-Hadith Dammaj to study under Sheikh Muqbil Bin Haadi Al-
Waad'ee (may Allaah have mercy on him) in the year 1405 Hijri.

Moreover, It is common knowledge that the incident mentioned (i.e. the Gulf War), took place in the year 1411 Hijri, after
my departure to seek knowledge. By that time I had completed the memorization of the Qur'an and Riyaadus-Saliheen in
addition to other shorter (concise) texts, by the grace of Allaah. I was seeking knowledge and teaching private lessons to
my brothers, the students of knowledge, and all praise and grace belong to Allaah.”

The Fourth Lie:

`Ubaid cites: "Sheikh Muqbil (may Allaah have mercy on him) expelled him (i.e. Sheikh Yahya) due to his misconduct,
resulting in `Abdur-Rahman Bin Umar Bin Al-Mar'ee Al-Adeni interceding for him so that he could remain.”

By Allaah! These are all shameful lies! I have never worked in a store where everything was priced two or five Riyaals.
Neither have I worked at a car workshop, or ever been expelled at any time by Sheikh Muqbil (may Allaah have mercy on
him). Rather he loved and respected me. Likewise, I loved and held him in great deference. I use to lead the Salaat both
during, and outside of the month of Ramadhan.

Exposing `Ubaid Al-Jabiree's Jaahiliyah and blatant lies!

He would appoint me to replace him (to teach) when he was absent or sick (may Allaah have mercy on him). Sometimes,
if I was teaching while he was unwell, he would pass by the ones sitting at the back of the Masjid and advance them
towards the front saying, "The lesson! The lesson!" Then he would return to his house, and occasionally sit in the lessons
and listen.

All of this was from his great modesty (may Allaah have mercy on him). This is well-known to all those who were present
at that time. He would often defer questions to me. I would answer them in writing, and then he would inspect my
answers, approve and commend them.

We became accustomed to discussing certain affairs in our classes with him. At times he would be in a good mood and
accept the debate. On other occasions he would say, "So and so! Be quiet!" or "So and so! Sit down!", and continue on
with the lesson. We saw all of this as tutelage, disciplining, and more, from a most eminent mentor, who loved and
nurtured his students.

Look at the demonstration of love between us in the preludes he wrote for my books; such as the introduction to my
book, 'Ahkaamul-Juma'at' (Rulings relating to Juma'at), which he wrote whilst suffering from his final sickness, (may
Allaah have mercy on him), citing in it:

'When the book belonging to our brother Yahya reached me, out of love for him I read it lying supine due to affairs only
Allaah possesses knowledge of…'

By Allaah! I would have preferred not to mention this, however, I was forced to resort to it by the jealousy and wickedness
of `Ubaid Al-Jabiree and his council prompting and inciting him to these fabrications.

It is essential to declare this individual (`Ubaid) and others as liars for several reasons:

Firstly, lying is a grave offence from the major sins. Allaah Aza Wa Jall says in Surah An-Nahl Verse 105:

"It is only those who believe not in the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of Allaah, who
fabricate falsehood, and it is they who are liars."

In addition, lying is an obstruction in the way of guidance as He the Most High says in Surah Ghafir Verse 28:

ٌ ‫س ِسفٌ َك َّر‬
﴾‫اة‬ ْ ‫﴿إِنَّ هللاَ ال َٔ ٍْ ِدْ َمهْ ٌُ َُ ُم‬
"Verily Allaah does not guide one who is a Musrif (a polytheist, or a murderer who shed blood without right, or those who
commit great sins, oppressor, transgressor), A Liar!"

Mendacity takes a liar to the extreme, until he is finally written with Allaah as a liar. As reported by Bukhari and Muslim on
the authority of `Abdullah Bin Mas'ood (may Allaah be pleased with him):

The Messenger of Allaah (may Peace and Blessings be upon Him) said: "Truthfulness leads to righteousness, and
righteousness leads to Paradise. And a man keeps on telling the truth until he becomes a truthful person. Falsehood
leads to Al-Fujoor (i.e. wickedness, evil-doing), and Al-Fujoor (wickedness) leads to the (Hell) Fire, and a man may keep
on telling lies till he is written before Allaah, as a liar."

Lies are suspicious as established by the Hadith of Hasan Bin `Ali (may Allaah be pleased with them both), who said:

3
Exposing `Ubaid Al-Jabiree's Jaahiliyah and blatant lies!

"I memorized from the Messenger of Allaah: 'Leave that which makes you doubt for that which does not make you doubt,
for verily, truthfulness is a source of serenity and lying is a source of cynicism.

Lies are reprehensible in Jaahiliyah, Islaam, and all religions, Abu Sufyaan (may Allaah be pleased with him) said before
he accepted Islaam:

"By Allaah! Had it not been shameful that my companions label me a liar, I would not have spoken the truth about him
when he asked me. But I considered it shameful to be called a liar by my companions. So I told the truth." He abstained
from lying despite the fact that, at that time, he was still a Mushrik (disbeliever).

The masses In this day and age are not intent on truthfulness and abstaining from lies.

In Sahihil-Bukhari on the authority of Samurah Bin Jundub (may Allaah be pleased with him):

"When the Prophet went on his night journey, Jibreel said to him, 'As for the one whose cheek you saw being torn away,
he was a liar. He used to tell lies, and the people would report those lies on his authority till they spread all over the
world. So, he will be punished like that till the Day of Resurrection"

Allaah Aza Wa Jall says in Surah Taubah Verse 119:

"O you who believe! Be afraid of Allaah, and be with those who are true (in words and deeds)."

In addition He the Most High states in Surah Muhammed Verse 21:

َ ُْ َ‫﴿فَل‬
َ ‫ص َدقُُا هللاَ لَ َك‬
﴾‫بن َخ ْٕ ًسا لَ ٍُ ْم‬
"Then if they had been true to Allaah, it would have been better for them."

How fine is the old poem:

Truthfulness is bitter yet sweet ‫

Truthfulness is never left by the honorable one ‫
There is in the jewel of truth a beauty ‫
Held in envy by sapphire and pearl ‫

Lying is a source of humiliation for the one who lies, in both the Dunya and Hereafter. Lying is not a means of victory;
rather, it causes failure, as it is from the major sins. The Muslims and all other faiths are unanimous on the interdiction of
lying.

Allaah Aza Wa Jall states in Surah Yunus Verse 27 from His Glorious Book"

"And those who have earned evil deeds, the recompense of an evil deed is the like thereof, and humiliating disgrace will
cover them…"

4
Exposing `Ubaid Al-Jabiree's Jaahiliyah and blatant lies!

From the worst of deeds is lying, It is a cause of humiliation and disgrace. It is an obligation to repent to Allaah Aza Wa
Jall from all sins, and from the gravest of them is lying.

It is befitting to mention a passage from the book "Fawaaid" (page 156) by Ibnul-Qayyim (may Allaah have mercy on him)
as an advice for whomever Allaah the most high wishes to spare from this grave offence:

"Beware of Lying! For it distorts the way in which you perceive reality, and, in turn, the way you present things to others.
A lie depicts the non-existent as existent, truth as falsehood, good as evil, and vice-versa, consequently twisting the liars
own perception of reality; a condign punishment. The liar will present his twisted perception to any trusting listener he can
deceive, distorting facts and corrupting his perception of them. The liar is averse to reality, preferring and yearning for
delusion and falsehood. If ones knowledge and perception of reality, which form the basis for all voluntary actions, are
corrupted, then the actions born of them will themselves become corrupt, becoming, as it were, lies. The perpetration (of
these corrupt actions) by the limbs is the (physical) equivalent of lying with the tongue. This type of individual does not
benefit from his speech or his actions. For this reason, lying is described as being the foundation of evil, as was
mentioned by the Prophet: "Lying leads to Al-Fujoor (i.e. wickedness, evil-doing), and Al-Fujoor (wickedness) leads to the
(Hell) Fire." End of quote.

The second affair which is critically important to remind `Ubaid and others, is that it is not permissible to rely upon the
narrations of liars. Whosoever purposely conveys these narrations is also a liar.

There are many proofs supporting this principle. Amongst them is Imaam Muslim's (may Allaah have mercy on him)
narration in the preamble to his Saheeh collection, both completely, and incompletely transmitted, on the authority of Abu
Hurairah (may Allaah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allaah said:

"It is enough of a lie that a man should narrate everything that he hears"

And he (may Allaah have mercy on him) said, 'I was told by Yahya Bin Yahya, who said, I was informed by Husheim,
from Suleiman At-Tameemee, from Abu `Uthmaan An-Nahdee, who said, 'Umar bin Al-Khattab said:

"It is enough of a lie that a man should narrate everything he hears."

And I was told by Abu Taahir, Ahmad Bin `Amr Bin `Abdillah bin `Amr Bin Sarh, who said, I was informed by Ibn Wahb
who said, Maalik said to me:

"Know that a man who repeats everything he hears will not be able to avoid (lying) nor will he ever become an Imaam."

Muhammad Bin Al-Muthannaa told me that he was told by `Abdur-Rahman, who was told by Sufyaan, from Abu Ishaaq,
from Abul-Ahwas, from `Abdullah who said:

'It is enough of a lie that a man should narrate everything that he hears.'

And Yahya Bin Yahya told me that he was informed by `Umar Bin `Ali Bin Muqaddam, from Sufyaan Ibn Hussein, who
said, Eyaas Bin Mu`aawiyah asked me:

"I see that you have taken upon yourself to learn Qur'anic knowledge. Recite a Surah to me and comment on it in order
that I may know what you have learned. Sufyaan did what he was asked and then Mu`aawiyah said: "Remember what I
say to you! Beware of corrupt narrations, for these narrations are rarely narrated without them being a cause for
humiliation and being labeled as a liar.”

He also said, (may Allaah have mercy on him) I was told by Harmalah Bin Yahya Bin `Abdillah Bin Harmalah Bin Imran
At-Tujeebee, who said. 'I was told by Ibn Wahb, who said, 'I was told by Abu Shureih that he heard Sharaaheel Bin
Yazeed say, I was informed by Muslim Bin Yasaar that he heard Abu Hurairah (may Allaah be pleased with him) say:
5
Exposing `Ubaid Al-Jabiree's Jaahiliyah and blatant lies!

"The Messenger of Allaah said: towards the end of time there will be many false (lying) imposters, bringing you narrations
that neither you nor your forefathers have heard. Beware of them! Lest they entice and lead you astray."

It is evident from this that narrating from liars is a pathway to misguidance and Fitnah.

This is the result of `Ubaid and others having taken these false narrations from liars. They have not ceased to feed them
lie after lie, dragging themselves and others into misguidance, lying, and Fitnah in the Da'wah. The facts speak for
themselves.

It is also known that whosoever depends on narrations from liars and spreads them, especially after these lies have been
made clear to him, and insists on narrating from them, then he is just like them...a liar; having the same ruling applied to
him.

Al-Khateeb (May Allaah mercy on him) relates in his explanation of As-Suyootee's Alfiyah in the first volume, page 304:

"It is obligatory upon the Muhaddith that he does not relate any fabricated information and false Ahadith. A clear sin is on
the one who does this becoming grouped in the company of the liars."

Al-Imaam Ibnul Jawzee (May Allaah mercy on him) relates in his book 'Al-Mawdoo'aat' in the first volume, page 38:

"Allaah the most high casts away the plots of these vulgar liars with narrations of the righteous, exposing them and
divulging their shameful deeds. No one lies except that he is exposed. Let it suffice the liar that hearts refuse to accept
his narrations. Falsehood is tenebrous as opposed to the Truth, which is incandescent. These are only short-term
consequences. As for the hereafter, then the loss they will incur is a certainty."

Look at what the Imaam's of Hadith have mentioned regarding the rejection of the Hadith, speech, narrations, and
testimony of he who lies. His moral integrity and trust are both blemished. There is even a difference of opinion (amongst
the scholars) regarding acceptance of his narrations and testimonies even after he has made Taubah from lying.

O' reader! After mentioning this important précis, and asked Allaah Aza Wa Jall to give us success, I consider it equally
important to shed light on another issue. Which is regarding the virtue of practicing a respectable profession and
obtaining Halaal earnings, whether it be by working in a car garage, via commerce, handicraft, carpentry, repairing
buildings, welding, or other than that from these unblemished occupations. Acquiring a livelihood is Halaal, and
belittlement of this, which can be seen in `Ubaid's speech, is an imitation of the acts of Jaahiliyah and a denigration of
what Allaah has bestowed upon nations, from his believing slaves from the companions, followed by the people of Hadith
(may Allaah have mercy on them), not to mention His Prophets and Messengers. This particular topic is broad. I have
mentioned some proofs relevant to this in a summarized article written under the heading "Advice for the businessmen in
distancing themselves from propagating harm" and a second under the title "Legitimacy of seeking that which is
permissible plus a clarification on the ruling of the herb of wickedness and deviation (Cannabis)"

It has been related by Imaam Thirmidhi in his Jaami` (no. 2345), with an authentic chain of narration to Anas Bin Maalik
(may Allaah be pleased with him):

"There were two brothers at the time of the Prophet of Allaah (may Peace and Blessings be upon him), one them would
come to the Prophet of Allaah (and benefit from him) whilst the other used to work. The one who had an occupation
complained about his brother to the Prophet of Allaah; he replied: "perhaps you are given sustenance because of him."

O' `Ubaid would you denigrate this companion (may Allaah be pleased with him) for working, for being a “mere laborer”?
Or would you disparage Abu Bakr As-Siddiq (may Allaah be pleased with him) who is agreed upon unanimously as the
best of this Ummah after its Prophet (may Peace and Blessings be upon him). Or would you belittle the Prophets of
Allaah (may Peace and Blessings be upon them) who used eat from their earnings, labeling them “mere workmen”?!!

Imaam Al-Bukhari relates in the book of 'sales and trade' from his Saheeh collection:

Chapter: “A man's earnings and his manual labour”:

(No.2070) I was told by Ismaa`eel Bin `Abdillah, who said I was told by Ibn Wahb, from Yunus, from Ibn Shihaab, who
said I was told by `Urwah Bin Az-Zubair that `Aa'isha (may Allaah be pleased with her) said:

"When Abu Bakr As-Siddiq was chosen as the Caliph, he said: "My people know that I was not incapable of providing for
my family by my profession. And as I will be busy serving the Muslim nation, my family will eat from the Treasury of the
Muslims, and I will practice the profession of serving the Muslims."

(No.2071) I was told by Muhammed Bin Muthannaa, who was then informed by`Abdullaah bin Yazeed, who was
informed by Saeed, who cited it was narrated from Abu Aswad, from `Urwah who said `Aa'isha (may Allaah be pleased
with her) said:

"The companions of the Messenger of Allaah used to practice manual labour, so their sweat used to smell, and they were
advised to take a bath."

(No.2072) I was told by Ibrahim Bin Musa, who was informed by `Eesa Bin Yunus, from Thawr, from Khalid Bin Ma'daan
on the Authority of Miqdaam (may Allaah be pleased with him):

The Prophet said: "Nobody has ever eaten a better meal than that which one has earned by working with one's own
hands. The Prophet of Allaah, Daawud used to eat from the earnings of his manual labour.

(No.2073) I was told by Yahya Bin Musa, who was informed by `Abdur-Razzaq, who cited it was mentioned to him by
Ma'mar, from Hamaam Bin Munabih on the Authority of Abu Hurairah (may Allaah be pleased with him):

The Messenger of Allaah said: "The Prophet Daawud used not to eat except from the earnings of his manual labour."

(No.2074) I was told by Yahya Bin Bukair, who was informed by Laith, from `Uqail, from Ibn Shihaab, from Abi `Ubaid
Mowlaa Abdir-Rahman bin `Auf that he hear heard Abu Hurairah say:

The Messenger of Allaah said: "It is preferable for one to collect a bundle of firewood and carry it on his back than to
ask somebody who may or may not give him."

He then cited similar Hadith from Zubair bin Al'-'Awaam (may Allaah be pleased with him):

"It is preferable for one to take his ropes….." the Hadith.

Imaam Muslim relates in his Saheeh collection (No.2379) on the authority of Abu Hurairah (may Allaah be pleased
with him) that the Messenger of Allaah said:

"Zachariah used to be a carpenter"

Allaah Aza Wa Jall mentions in Surah Al-Anbiyah Verse 80 as he bestowed on His Prophet Daawud (may Peace and
Blessings be upon Him):

﴾‫َن‬ ِ ْ‫صىَ ُك ْم ِمهْ بَؤ‬

!‫ب ا صُّرَ اح‬ Exposing `Ubaid Al-Jabiree's Jaahiliyah and blatant lies!

He Aza Wa Jall also states:

)‫( ََلَقَ ْد آتَ ْٕىَب َدا َُ َد ِمىَّب فَ ْ ً َٔب ِجبَب ُا أَ َِّبِٓ َم ًَُ ََاللَّ ْٕ َس ََأَلَىَّب لًَُ ا ْل َح ِدٔ َد‬

Saying "Make you perfect coats of mail, and balance well the rings of chain armour, and work you (men)
righteousness. Truly, I am the All-Seer of what you do"

Ibn Kathir (may Allaah have mercy on him) relates:

َّ ‫﴿ ََقَد ِّْز فِٓ ال‬: This is Guidance from Allaah to his Prophet Daawud
"(The Armour) Allaah Aza Wa Jall states: ﴾ ‫س ْس ِد‬
(May Peace be upon him) in teaching him the making of Armour"

Imaam Al-Bukhari relates in 'the book of sales and trade' (No.2049) also in Saheeh Muslim (No.1427):

I was told by Ahmed Bin Yunus, who was informed by Zuhair, who was informed by Muhammed on the Authority of Anas
(May Allaah be pleased with him):

"When Abdur-Rahman bin Auf came to Medina, the Prophet established a bond of brotherhood between him and
S'ad bin Ar-Rabi al-Ansari. S'ad was a rich man, so he said to 'Abdur-Rahman, "I will give you half of my property
and help you marry." 'Abdur-Rahman said (to him), "May Allaah bless your family and property. Show me the
market." So 'Abdur-Rahman did not return from the market) till he gained some dried buttermilk (yoghurt) and butter
(through trading). He brought that to his house-hold. We stayed for some-time (or as long as Allaah wished), and
then Abdur-Rahman came, scented with yellowish perfume. The Prophet said (to him) "What is this?" He replied, "I
married an Ansari woman." The Prophet asked, "What did you pay her as a dowry?" He replied, "A gold stone or gold
equal to the weight of a date stone." The Prophet said (to him), "Give a wedding banquet even if with one sheep."

Also Imaam Al-Bukhari narrates in 'the book of 'Ilm' on the authority of Abu Hurairah (May Allaah be pleased with
him):

"People say that I have narrated many Ahadith (The Prophet's narrations). Had it not been for two verses in the
Qur'an, I would not have narrated a single Hadith, and the verses are:

ِ ‫ُن َمب أَو َص ْلىَب ِم َه ا ْلبَِّٕىَب‬

﴾‫ ال َّس ِحٕ ُم‬- ً‫ث ََا ْل ٍُ َدِ – إلّ قُل‬ َ ‫﴿إِنَّ الَّ ِر‬
َ ‫ٔه َٔ ْكتُ ُم‬
"Verily those who conceal the clear sign and the guidance which We have sent down . . . (up to) Most Merciful."
(2:159-160).

And no doubt our Muhajir (emigrant) brothers used to be busy in the market with their business (bargains) and our
Ansari brothers used to be busy with their property (agriculture). But I (Abu Hurairah) used to stick to the Messenger
of Allaah contented with what filled my stomach and I used to attend that which they used not to attend and I used to
memorize that which they used not to memorize."

Abu Jahl said:

"Would that I had been killed by other than a mere farmer." In a Hadith narrated by Anas (may Allaah be pleased with
him) which can be found in Bukhari (No.4029) and Muslim (No.1800)

Imaam An-Nawawee (May Allaah have mercy on him) says:

"Abu Jahl alluded to the two sons of `Ufraa who were responsible for his death, both of whom were cultivators of
crops and date palms. What he meant was that, if my killer had been other than a farmer then it would have been
better, more prestigious, and would not have been humiliating.

Ibn Atheer (May Allaah have mercy on him) relates in An-Nehaayah:

"The meaning of the word ‫ أكبز‬is a peasant or farmer. What he meant was disdaining and belittlement; how can
someone like that kill someone like me?"

The point is that in Jaahiliyah those who had upright occupations like farming were belittled.

The Two Imaam's relate in their Saheeh collections (No.2062 in the 'book of sales and trade' & No.2153 in Muslim):

Abu Musa asked `Umar to admit him three times but he was not admitted. Abu Saeed witnessed the Messenger of
Allaah say "leave if not admitted after asking permission thrice" He (`Umar) said: " I was busied by trading in
markets" (The Hadith in its complete form can be found as referenced)

In addition to this the Two Imaam's relate in their Saheeh collections (No.4668 in the 'book of Tafseer' and Muslim
No.1018) on the authority of Abu Mas'ud (may Allaah be pleased with him):

"When we were ordered to give alms, we began to work as porters (to earn something we could give in charity). Abu
'Uqail came with one half of a Saa'a (special measure for food grains) and another person brought more than he did.
So the hypocrites said, "Allaah is not in need of the alms of this (i.e. 'Uqail); and this other person did not give alms
but for showing off." Then Allah revealed:

"Those who criticize such of the Believers who give charity voluntarily and those who could not find to give in charity
except what is available to them." (9.79)

Imaam An-Nawawee (may Allaah have mercy on him) relates:

"In another narration 'we would carry on our backs'. The meaning of this is that we would carry (commodities) on our
backs for a fee, and thereafter give alms from these fees. From this we derive being mindful of performing Sadaqah.
Furthermore if an individual does not have the means then he should in some way or another acquire them so that
he may give Sadaqah from it, whether it be by working as a porter for a fee or another legitimate source of income."

Imaam Ibn Kathir explains in his account of the Qur'an relating to the Ayah in Surah Taubah Verse 79:

"Those who criticize such of the Believers who give charity voluntarily and those who could not find to give in charity
except what is available to them."

"This also is what's well-known from the characteristics of the hypocrites, no one is free from their inadequacies and
ill speech whatever the situation may be, to the point where the ones who do not give Sadaqah cannot escape them
either. If one were to approach them with an ample sum of money they would proclaim: "Now this is a man!" On the
other hand if a person comes to them with a small amount of money they say: "Allaah is not in need of it (i.e. the
Sadaqah)."

Allaah Aza Wa Jall spoke the truth when he said in Surah `Alaq Verse 7:

ْ ‫بن لََٕ ْل َّ * أَنْ َزآيُ ا‬

﴾َّ‫ستَ ْ ى‬ َ ‫س‬َ ‫﴿ َك َّ إِنَّ ا ِاو‬
"Nay! Verily man does transgress (in disbelief and evil deed). Because he considers himself self-sufficient.

O' `Ubaid! Perhaps the life of luxury has made you transgress beyond (the limits set by) these proofs, to the point
where you malign people with respectable occupations emulating those who say in Surah Furqan Verse 8-9:

َ ‫اق لَ ُْال أُو ِص َا إِلَ ْٕ ًِ َملَ ٌك فََٕ ُك‬

)‫ُن َم ًَُ وَ ِرٔ ًسا‬ ِ َُ ‫س‬ ِ ‫سُ ِا َٔؤْ ُك ُ اللَّ َب َا َََٔ ْم‬
ْ َ‫شٓ فِٓ اا‬ ُ ‫﴿ َمب ِا ٌَ َرا ال َّس‬
"Why does this Messenger (Muhammed me Peace and Blessings be upon him) eat food, and walk about in the
market (as we). Why is not an angel sent down to him to be a warner with him?"

"Or (why) has not a treasure been granted to him, or why has he not a garden whereof he may eat?" And the
Dhaalimun (Polytheists and wrong doers) say: "You follow none but a man bewitched"

The proofs are abundant, and the narrations are beautiful from Imaam Ahmed and others, concerning the importance
of an occupation and acquiring a Halaal means of living. O' Reader, I do not wish to lengthen this treatise, so please
take time and look at the proofs for yourself in the book 'Al-'Adaab As-Shar'ee' by Ibn Muflih. The topic in question
will be found in volume 3, from page 424 onwards.

O' Ubaid, fear Allaah! Beware of acquiring a Soofee attitude where you abandon acquiring a Halaal means of living
and consider it a shortcoming!!!

You have emulated Jaahiliyah in many affairs, leaf through them in the book 'Masaailul Jaahiliyah' belonging to
Imaam Muhammed bin Abdil-Wahaab An-Najdi (may Allaah have mercy on him) under the following affairs, found
under their respective numbers. (4, 80, 91, 93, 101, 121.)

Most importantly affair No. 98 as it has a strong connection with the topic in question.

Imaam Muhammed bin Abdil-Wahaab An-Najdi (may Allaah have mercy on him) relates:

"Affair 98: Gloating about their occupations to those who are lower than them in vocation. Boasting of one's
occupation: akin the people of the two trips would gloat over farmers."

The explanation: (from the explanation of Al-Al'Alaamah Saalih Fawzaan may Allaah preserve him):

"Boasting about occupations: the businessman boasting about his business over another trade, the carpenter over
the blacksmith in addition to the employee blowing his own horn about his position over the other employees. The
Muslim does not disdain those below him in rank; rather he does not scorn anyone in general. How can he disdain

the Muslims because of their professions? being lower than him vocationally, this is from the affairs of Jaahiliyah, as
Allaah Aza Wa Jall mentions concerning the Quraysh in their two travels. Allaah Aza Wa Jall bestowed two
commercial travels upon the Quraysh, the first being in winter to Yemen and the second in the summer to Shaam,
with that in mind they would brag to the people since they were the people of the two travels and vaunt over those
who were farmers and cultivators."

"This reaches out to all those who brag about their occupation and position over those that are under them
vocationally (status wise); the human being does not display arrogance. In addition to their belittlement of the one
who possess occupations which may not be as noble as the next like the blacksmiths and the carpenters, this trait is
still ever present in some people. From this group are those which disparage the Imaam's of the Masaajid and the
ones who call to prayer (Mu'adhin) even though the status of an Imaam is the best of positions, it is what the
Messenger of Allaah was, not to mention the position of the one who calls to prayer. Thus the most noble position is
that of the Imaam and the Mu'adhin, both positions are more noble than that of a minister or any other job at that."
(The reference to this can be found beginning on page 259 to 260 Dar Al'-Aasimat, first edition).

This is what we intended to clarify in this quickly compiled elucidation. His recurrent insults, vilifications, and other
such arrant nonsense which have already been refuted on our internet page and elsewhere.

As for him saying that I am an “infiltrator”; it is nothing but worthless prattle. It shows him to be the one with vulgar
plebeian manners of which he accuses others. As the old adage says, "She accused me of her ailment then snuck
off."
