The student teacher will present a video talk about the materials that they took. In this
video the boy is describe the materials which will be the next step for the students to do.

The student teacher will explain the definitions for each property and give
the students a real object to touch. Then, she will place the students in
groups and set up a leader for each group. Student teacher will explain the
activity and model how should students act during the activity. First, you
will find an object that related to your topic e.g. (smooth object)
Second, you will go to the hula hoop that label with the word Smooth and
put the object on it.
Notes:
1- the objects that the student teacher gave to the students to tough
will place in the hula hoop if the students forget how it looks likes or
feels.

2- students will stop the activity by saying “hand on top that means
stop”.
3- Students who are misbehavior will sit on chair for one minute.

Instruction for the activity:


1- Listen to your leader.
2- Walking in the classroom.
3- Be kind to your friend and helpful.

Group 1 (big and small)

In this group, students will go around the classroom to find objects are small and
big. Later they will store the object in the hula hoop in the correct types if it is big
or small.

Group 2 (rough and smooth)


Students names: (Ahmed, Mira, Lulwa, Moit, Saif, Ali, Selena and Noura)
In this group, students will go around the classroom to find objects are rough and
smooth. Later they will store the object in the hula hoop in the correct types if it is
rough or smooth.

Group 3 (transparent and opaque)


Students names: (Rayan, Suhail, Roudha, Mohammed, Fares, Rime, Coy and
Daragh)
In this group, students will go around the classroom to find objects are
transparent and opaque. Later they will store the object in the hula hoop in the
correct types if it is transparent or opaque.
Close (wrap up, discussion, brief review activity or assessment): 15
Each student will have Booklet called: “Draw and describe one object from
each property”. The student teacher will let the students stand around each
hula hold and let the students choose one object to draw and describe it.
