Introducing the Holmes Weather Station!

Starring YOUR student!
Dear Parent/Guardian,

For the past 8 weeks, we have had the pleasure of being student
teachers in Mrs. Holmes’s fourth grade class. We have been lucky
enough to watch each student grow into a creative and hardworking
scholar. For the next 10 days, we will be teaching your student a unit on
weather. During this unit we will explore elements of weather such as
rain and snow, as well as tornadoes and thunderstorms. Additionally,
we will be creating tools to measure these weather elements as well as
charts to analyze and graph data on weather.

On the final day of the unit, we invite you to come to the classroom and
share in the excitement as your child and their peers showcase their
very own weather station! On May 4, 2018 at 9:30AM, we will
demonstrate for you 6 weather stations all of which will share their
findings over the last 10 days. We are so grateful to have met your child
and hope you attend our last activity in Mrs. Holmes’s classroom!

Best Regards,

Miss Marino and Miss Biancamano
