Lesson aim: To introduce the steps in writing a for-and-against essay
Objectives: By the end of the lesson, the students will be better able to:

 O1: develop thinking and communication skills


 O2: get acquainted with the structure of the For-and-Against essay
 O3: identify and analyse the style and content of a For-and-Against essay
 O4: practise the use of linkers in a For-and-Against essay
 O5: revise the notions taught at the beginning of the class
