The law shouldn’t be subjected on any law that has been created, the problem is M`sia is that the
people of Malaysia is only being subjected to it and the government is avoiding it. For example , the
recent case of JPJ tracking automobile which have darker tint glass which are only being prosecuted to
the citizen of Malaysia but not federal government.

cooperate socially, is just to run the business corporate social responsibility( CSR) are is done before
paying dividend to manager, unless it enhance shareholder value. If you want to do charitable work,
make sure the shareholder donated money are being spent well for the company assets and not spend
on manager.

Some people only realize that business are only used to exploit it, however in reality any business will
have to serve under people. Nobody is forcing to buy anything and nobody is forcing to use something,
for a company. Its all human wants and need. Both party are benefitting from that. The only business is
a business to just to run the business, business should not be evolved from anything CSR.

Ideas and charity

Ideas as a corporation do their own part in helping out the in the academy. Free private education that
has the teaching of Ontario Canadian Pre-U studies, targeted for the urban poor people in KL such as
PUDU, CHERAS. What they do is getting the underprivileged children in education from 12 to 17 years
old, secondary school. Not really a school but a center.
Ideas autism center

Has been run for the last 3 years, and it is also rising among the community. A school for children that
have nowhere to go with cheaper price tag compared to other institution. Located in Rawang, Ideas
Corporation also tries to help identify, household income of less than > 3000, they will normally take
them in.

Not every child who suffers from autism, is needed the same treatment because they are special in their
own way.

-Their aim will provide early intervention program between 8 am to 6 pm, speech therapy and link the m
up with specialist.

IDEAS have been lucky because the high profile private and government have helped backed the
program. So this is a success

Government start a welfare program, if it taken away, people will protest against the government.
Started as a subsidy to program, it became an entitlement .People will become more dependent on it ,
and it is very hard to remove it . Petrol affects everything and create a chain reaction. An example of
political repercussion. It increases the prices of the market that uses the transportation such as food
and etc., price mechanism changes. Most likely done after an election
