Job Description / Capsule
The person has to perform the following roles:
Engage with the Government Agencies/ States in Protocol development, Pharmaco‐economics for implementing
projects with focus on achieving greater access to medicines.
Understand the challenges and barriers of different stakeholders and coordinate with the head of Market Access and
Business Cross Functional Teams to address the same for smoother implementation of the projects.
Develop and maintain relationships across the regional Government and supporting bodies (for instance NGOs,
Associations etc), for supporting access to medicine
Work with Government Institution Business and medical teams for facilitating Formulary inclusions of new products
Interpersonal & leadership skills with an ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the Head office
team across functions and business units.
Strong oral and written communication skills, including ability to be persuasive and to articulate technical concepts in an
easy to understand manner.
Objective Critical actions Measures (QQA)
Implement Projects with Understand the need gap at the state Protocol roll outs by the shortlisted
State Government in government medical structure and State Governments
developing Protocols / RWE formulate proposals for engagement Key hospitals / institutions enlisting of
