Cream cheese Chicken
Stew

INGREDIENTS
1 16 ounce jar Salsa Verde
1 small (3 oz) package of
cream cheese
1 can dice tomato with no
salt
5 Frozen Chicken Breasts
(or 20 frozen Chicken
Tenders)
2 cans Black Beans
1 can Sweet Corn
1 teaspoon Ground Cumin

DIRECTIONS
1. Place frozen chicken
breasts or chicken
tenders in bottom of
slow cooker.
2. Add the remaining
ingredients except
cream cheese to the
slow cooker.
3. Cook on low for 8 to 10
hours.
4. Remove about 1/2 the
liquid if you want a thick
sauce, you can
leave all the liquid if you
want a soup.
5. Add cream cheese to the
chicken and cook on warm
setting for
30 minutes, then stir.

1 onion, chopped
8 oz mushrooms
2 cups carrots, chopped
2 pounds chicken, without

oregano, thyme, marjoram,
basil,
black pepper, bay leaf
DIRECTIONS

1. Chop chicken,
carrots, celery,
potatoes and onion
and put them in
the slow cooker.
2. Pour the mushrooms on
top.
3. Sprinkle on the
seasonings.
4. Pour in the water and
lemon juice, and put the lid
on cooker.
5. Let cook on high for 4
hours, or on low for the day.

DIRECTIONS
1. Combine all ingredients
in a large slow cooker and
stir very well.
2. Cook on high settings for
4 to 6 hours or low 6 to 8
hours.
3. Remove chicken from
soup and shred.
4. Return chicken to soup,
stir, and serve.

and then layer the
salsa and vegetables on
top.
3. Pour half cup of water
over the mixture.
4. Set the slow cooker on
low and cook for 6 to 8
hours.
5. The chicken is cooked
when the temperature at the
centre
reaches 165°F, check with
a thermometer.
6. Break up the chicken
with two forks when it is
cooked through
and then stir in the sour
cream.

pineapple liquid 30 minutes
before the end of

DIRECTIONS

1. Cut chicken into bite size


pieces.
2. Place in slow cooker and
cook in oil until brown.
3. Place carrots, onion,
garlic and celery in slow
cooker.
4. Add chicken to slow
cooker.
5. Mix broth, soy sauce and
ginger together and pour
over chicken.
6. Cover and cook on low
for 6 to 8 hours.
7. Mix cornstarch and
water until smooth in small
bowl.
8. Stir mixture into
chicken.
9. Stir in broccoli and pea
pods.
10. Increase heat to high;
cover and cook for 15
minutes.
Serve over noodles.
