Whereas you have entered into a contract No.AFS/KAN/I619/I/LGSA.{TIPC-82 Dated 08-09-2017 (hereinafter referred to
as the said Contract) with lzl/s United Tyre Associates, hereinafter referred to as the "seller" for supply of goods as per Part-'
II ofthe said contract to the said seller and whereas the Seller has undertaken to produce a bank guarantee for l0%o oftotal +
Contract value amounting to RS 636063.00/-to secure its obligations to the President of tndia. We the HDFC Bank Ltd a
Banking Company incorporated under Companies Act, 1956, having their Registered office at HDFC Bank Ltd.,
HDFC Bank House, C.S. No. 61242,Senapati Bapat Marg, Lower Parel (W), Mumbai 400013 and acting through its
Branch Ollice at Pranay Tower,38, Darbari Lal Sharma Marg, Besides Pratibha Cinema, Lucknow 22600lhereby
expressly, irrevocably and unreservedly undertake and guarantee as principal obligors on behalfofthe sellerthat, in the
event that the President of India declares to us that the goods have not been supplied according to the Contractual
obligations under the aforementioned contract, we will pay you, on demand and without demur, all and any sum up to a
maximum of RS 63606/- Rupees Sixty Three Thousand Six Hundred and Six Only. Your written demand shall be conclusive
;
evidence to us that such repayment is due under the terms of the said contract. We undertake to effect payment upon receipt
of such written demand.

2. We shall not be discharged or released from this undertaking and guarantee by any arrangements, variations made
between yotr and the Seller, indulgence to the Seller by you, or by any alterations in the obligations ofthe Seller or by any
forbearance whether as to payment, time performance or otherwise.
3. In no case shall the amount ofthis guarantee be increased. q.

4. This guarantee shall remain valid for 14 months from the date of JRI acceptance of test consignment in India or until all
the store, spares and documentation have been supplied according to the contractual obligations-under the said contract or
till expiry ofthis bank guarantee, whichever is earlier.

5. Unless a demand or claim under this guarantee is made on us in writing or on before the aforesaid expiry date
as provided
in the above referred contract or till expiry ofthis bank guarantee, whichJver is earlier. Or unless this guarantee
is extended
by us, all your rights under this guarantee shall be forfeiied and we shall be discharged from the liabilities +
hereunder.
6' This guarantee shall be a continuing guarantee during its curency and shall not be discharged by and change in the
constitution of the Bank or in the constitution of IWs united ryre Associates.
Notwithstanding anything contained herein our liability under this Bank Guarantee shall not exceed
Rs.d3,606.00
(RUPEES SIXTY THREE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND SIX ONLY).
This Bank Guarantee shalt be valid upto
l5-NoV-2018 we are liable to pay the guaranteed amount or any part thereof under this Bank Guarantee
only and only if
